Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. The Promoter is JB Hi-Fi Group Pty Ltd (ACN 093 114 286) of Level 4, Office Tower 2, Chadstone Place, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Chadstone VIC 3148.
2. Promotion commences on 22 November 2016 at 09:30am AEDT and ends 4 December 2016 at 11:59pm AEST (Promotional Period). Three (3) winners drawn. All valid entries will be entered into one (1) pool. Three (3) draws will take place, draws and winners drawn will not take into account entrants preferred console. Each prize winner (the Winners) will each receive one of the following based on the order of the drawing:
i. Draw 1 winner will receive - 1 x Xbox One Special Edition – Magitek Soldier Console – Maximum value of $500.
ii. Draw 2winner will receive - 1 x Xbox One Special Edition – Magitek Armour Console – Maximum value of $500.
iii. Draw 3 winner will receive - 1 x Xbox One Special Edition – Noctis’ Engine Sword Console – Maximum value of $500.
3. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must be Australian residents and, during the Promotional Period:

i. fill out the entry form, providing their first name, surname & email;
ii. Pick their favourite Special Edition console (this has no impact of the console entrant will win);
iii. agree to the competition’s terms and conditions.
4. This promotion is a game of chance and winners will be drawn at random, in accordance with clauses
5 and clause 17 (if applicable).
5. A draw will be conducted by Permitz Group Pty Ltd at 4 Ilya Ave, Erina NSW 2250 on 5 December
2016 at 09:30am AEST. All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be
included in the draw.
6. There will be a total of one (3) winners.
7. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winners will contacted by email within 3 business days of the draw. The name of the winners will
