Now in its 27th year, Sydney Seafood School is launching its summer classes for kids and teens from five to 15 years old. The hands-on inaugural classes will cover two classic pasta dishes - potato gnocchi with basil pesto and fresh egg pasta with Napoletana sauce.
Provided with the assistance, younger children will have fun rolling and shaping dough, while teens will be more involved in the whole cooking process. All classes include a delicious pasta meal with drink, a take-home recipe kit, a cloth apron and a Barilla goody bag.
With Christmas just around the corner, a gift certificate to one of these classes may be just what Santa ordered for your junior MasterChefs.

Times: 5-7 years 9am - 11.30am
8-12 years 1.30pm - 4.00pm
13-15 years 6.30pm - 9.30pm (can also attend regular scheduled classes accompanied by a responsible adult)
