COMPETITION TERMS
Instructions on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other material then these Terms and Conditions will take precedence. The promoter is Kew For You on behalf of the Kew | Kew East Community Bank® branch of Bendigo Bank. We are in no way affiliated with any of the businesses from which the prizes are purchased. Website competitions are open to Victorian residents that are 18 years of age or older who complete the competition entry form and subscribe to the Kew For You weekly update. Kew | Kew East Community Bank® branch employees and board members are not eligible to enter. Competition entries will open and close on the dates listed below, with no entries being accepted after the specified times and dates. Multiple entries are not accepted. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from the Kew | Kew East Community Bank® on the first business day following a competition. The winner(s) will also be contacted via email. If the prize winner(s) cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within twenty eight (28) days of the draw, the Kew | Kew East Community Bank® branch of Bendigo Bank may conduct further draws as necessary in order to distribute the unclaimed prize. The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and may not be converted to cash. Kew | Kew East Community Bank® branch of Bendigo Bank’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
COMPETITION DATES
•Week 48: Opens Tuesday 29 November 2016 and closes at 8:00 PM on Sunday 4 December 2016.
•Week 49: Opens Tuesday 6 December 2016 and closes at 8:00 PM on Sunday 11 December 2016.
•Week 50: Opens Tuesday 13 December 2016 and closes at 8:00 PM on Sunday 18 December 2016.
•Week 51: Opens Sunday 18 December 2016 and closes at 8:00 PM on Thursday 22 December 2016.
