Aussie families love spending time in the sun, but unfortunately many Australians don’t know how to stay safe in the sun. Sun safety isn’t exactly an exciting topic for kids (that is, until it becomes a colourful story about curious creatures).

Banana Boat have come up with the perfect way to get kids interested in keeping themselves protected from the sun with the colourful book, Colin Splodge and the Sizzledodge.

When the Sizzledodge is exposed to the sun, the character comes to life through the books sun-activated technology. Your kids will love watching Colin learn how to avoid getting burnt on his day by the beach.

This promotion will close when 3,000 sign-ups have successfully registered their details at this page. Alternately, if 3,000 entries have not been received by 11:45pm Tuesday 28th February, the form and promotion will close. Successful sign-ups will receive one copy of the book, Colin Splodge and the Sizzledodge, at the mailing address provided in the registration process, per successful entry submitted. Entries open to residents of Australia. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Entries successfully submitted before 10am AEDST Monday 23rd January 2017 will be notified on this date, and the prize will then be mailed. Entries successfully submitted between 10:01am AEDST Monday 23rd January 2017 and 11:45pm AEDST Tuesday 28th February 2017 will be notified on Wednesday 1st March 2017, and the prize will then be mailed.
