TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Trustee for Yogurtland Administration Unit Trust trading as Yogurtland Administration PTY LTD (ABN 504 092 87 860) of 50 Hunter Street, Newcastle NSW 2300; telephone 1300 709 709 (“Promoter”).
3. Individuals must enter the promotion via entry form Online by following entry requirements stated in this T&Cs.
- Entry is free of charge and Individuals must have a Facebook account to access entry fields.
Promotion is only open to ACT Australian residents, NSW Australian residents, VIC Australian residents, QLD Australian residents and WA Australian Residents, with no age restrictions.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or first cousin.
5. Promotion starts on 24/11/2016 and ends at 11pm AEST on 28/01/2017
(“Promotional Period”).
6. Entry Details:
- Online Entry: Entrants can visit
www.facebook.com/yogurtlandaustralia to participate. Entry is free of charge. Entrants will be requested to include their name, Surname, email address and their closest Yogurtland Australia location. All winners will be required to pick up their correspondent prize at the Yogurtland location selected by them on the entry form.
To enter, individuals must include their contact details on the promotional form that will be shared on the promoters Facebook page according to the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) Visit the Yogurtland Australia Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/yogurtlandaustralia (“Facebook Page”);
(b) Click on promotional tab “TROLLS PROMO”
(c) Include personal details on the appropriate fields.
(d) Click on “enter now” to complete entry
The same entry form URL might be also shared and available in other links, not exclusive to the promoters’ Facebook page.
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, who tampers with the entry process or whose identity is unidentifiable by the promoter due to illegible hand writing. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. Entries will open and close according to the instructions available at this Terms and Conditions.
Entries will be collected from 8am on 24/11/2016 until 11:59pm on 28/01/2017.
Entries will NOT be entered into any subsequent Contest.
11. Prizes and Prizes Draw:

Each pack contains:
o 5 vouchers totalising up to $50 value at a nominated Yogurtland Store
o Trolls button badge - $5 value
o Mini squishy Troll - $6 Value

o Trolls (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) – CD (Single Value AU$15.45)
- Total Value per pack: $104.45
The Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly select 2 winners, generating a certificate of validity for each prize. All draws will be conducted at the Promoters Head Office (50 Hunter Street, Newcastle NSW 2300) on 07/02/2017, at 2pm.
12. Prize Collection:
Prizes will need to be collected by the winners at a nominated Yogurtland Australia Store as per below details:
- Winners will collect prizes from the store nominated by them in the entry form.
13. All winners will be contacted via email on 09/02/2017. Winners will be also published on
www.facebook.com/yogurtlandaustralia on 09/02/2017.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) by 3 months after the winner’s announcement, the prize will be given away to a new winner and draw will follow the same requirements stated in this T&Cs.
16. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
17. Total prize pool will be AU$208.90 (Two hundred and eight dollars and nighty cents)
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner (including photograph and/or film of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. Each winner agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty.
20. Entrants in the competition permit the Promoter to contact them by email with any correspondence regarding the competition, new flavours and promotions, discounts and any other promotional content from Yogurtland Australia. Entrants can unsubscribe from Yogurtland’s data base at anytime by clicking the “unsubscribe” button sent out on all emails.
21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
22. Any cost associated with accessing the Facebook Page is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
23. Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at
www.facebook.com/terms.php.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
