TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By entering the Kiaís Grand Slam Surprise Competition (the ďCompetitionĒ), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia 21years or older where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited and its affiliates, Kia Motors Australia Pty Limited, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 19 December 2016 at 16:30 AEDT (ďthe Competition PeriodĒ) and concludes on Sunday 29 January 2017 at 23:59 AEDT
3.2 Entries must be received by the close date and time to be eligible for the prize.
3.3In order to enter, viewers must watch 7Tennis and
a) download the 7Tennis app on their smartphone, or
b) head online to 7Tennis.com.au
c) Tell us in 25 words or less your favourite Kia model and why?
d) fill out Full Name, email address and postcode
e) accept the T&Cs
f) opt-in option available
3.4 Any entries deemed at the Promoterís absolute discretion to be made by computer generated ďscriptingĒ for multiple entries will be deemed invalid.
3.5 Entrants may only enter once during the competition period, with any entries made after the first entry deemed to be invalid for the purpose of the competition.
3.6 All entries into the competition must be the independent creation of the entrant.
3.7 Entrants agree to grant the Promoter and Sponsor a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.8 The time of entry will be the time the entry registration is received by the Competition database.
3.9 Entrants will incur download charges applicable to their contract with their service provider.
3.10 All entrants must be aged 21 years of age or older to enter.
4.1 There will be seven (7) major prize winners, who will each win the following prize packages. The details of the prize packages are set out below:

The prize is a trip for the winner and one guest including:
Return economy airfares for two people between the winnerís closest Australian state capital city and Honolulu, USA;

A minimum of 2 recreational experiences
Comprehensive travel Insurance for the Winner and their Guest (subject to all travellers having no pre-existing medical conditions and being under 75 years of age)
All winner management by 33 Degrees including professional winner management, all travel bookings, and 24 hr phone support for the winner whilst travelling
Car rental conditions apply (including but not limited to minimum driver age 21 and maximum driver age 85, the nominated driver must have held a full licence for at least 1 year prior to the commencement of the trip. If the winner doesnít meet the criteria they must nominate a guest who meets the car rental companyís requirements and they must be the nominated driver on the rental agreement).
Winner and their guest must meet the eligibility requirements of ESTA for entry into the USA and will be responsible for securing their ESTA Visas, prior to their trip.
Travelling companion must be 18 years or over.
Guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance form including liability and publicity waiver before the prize booking can be made.

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE
4.2 Total prize value is up to AUD $49,000 (including GST). Prize value is correct as Tuesday 13th December 2016. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken or received. The winner is not entitled to receive any money from any party if there is a difference between the maximum prize value and the actual prize value at the time of the draw.
4.3 The Promoter supports the responsible consumption of alcohol and guidelines can be found at http://www.alcohol.gov.au/internet/alcohol/publishing.nsf/content/guidelines
. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that if their guest is under 21 years of age, they meet the governing laws regarding the minimum drinking age of the country they are visiting.
4.4 In accepting the prize the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5Holiday prize packages that do not have set travel dates are subject to the following conditions:
The Winner will be required to sign a prize acceptance form including liability and publicity waiver within 6 weeks of being notified as the winner to formally accept the prize.
Guests will be required to sign a prize acceptance form including liability and publicity waiver before the prize booking can be made.
All travel must be completed within 12 months of the prize draw date.
4.6 All holiday prize packages are single event holidays and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations.
4.7 Travel block out dates may apply. Availability cannot be guaranteed during Christmas, School holiday and special event periods.
4.8 All passengers must travel together on the same flights and stay at the same property.
4.9 No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the Prize winner and/ or their guest miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winner and travel partner.
4.10 A credit card imprint will be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.
4.11 Once booking is confirmed no changes are allowed, unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion and if permitted will incur a fee of $150 including GST plus supplier charges which is payable by the winner.
4.12 Travel suppliers/airlines to be chosen at the discretion of 33 Degrees Worldwide Pty Ltd (the Prizing Agency).
4.13 Comprehensive travel Insurance for the Winner and their Guest (subject to all travellers having no pre-existing medical conditions and up to 75 years of age). In the event that the Winner and/or their Companion do not qualify for the travel insurance component of the Prize, the Winner and/or their Companion must obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.
4.14 Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner.
4.15 In the event that an element of the prize outlined in the above is cancelled or postponed for any reason, a replacement prize of equal or greater value will be chosen by the Promoter, subject to state government regulations.
4.16 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the major prize winner and their companion including but not limited to all meals, spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, transfer fees (other than specified), excess baggage, government taxes, airport charges and all other ancillary and personal costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the major prize winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
4.17 The winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.18 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their travelling companion must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Prize Sponsorís requirements.
4.19 The winners must be 21years of age at time of entry and their companion must be 18 years of age or older.
4.20 The winner will be required to complete/redeem all prize elements within 12 months from the date of the draw.
4.21 Visas and passport expenses are the responsibility of the winner and costs incurred are at the expense of the competition entrant. The winner and their companion must have at least 6 months validity on their passport on their return date into Australia. Passport and Visa requirements change regularly, we recommend you contact the nearest embassy or consulate of the country to ensure you have met all application criteria.
4.22 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and their associated agencies and companies or individuals associated with the provision of the Prize/s, make no representation as to the safety conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, www.dfat.gov.au
4.23 Return international flights included in the prize depart from the winnerís closest airport to one of the following cities; Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin, Adelaide, Hobart or Perth. The winner and their companion must depart from the same city and fly at the same time for all return domestic connecting flights and the return flights to the destination in their prize.
4.24 The winner is responsible for organising transport to and from the airport departure and return point.
4.25 The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
4.26 Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferrable or exchangeable.
4.27 Once the prize is accepted, the winner must deal directly with 33 Degrees Worldwide Pty Ltd to book the prize and, where permissible, make any changes to the prize.
4.28 All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via 33 Degrees or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by 33 Degrees and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
4.29 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

5HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be seven (7) winners who will each win one (1) major prize. All entries completed and submitted in the Competition Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be judged against all other entries. The entries will be judged at the Promoterís office at The Seven Network 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009 at 11:00am (AEDT) on the next business day following the Competition Period (Monday 30th January 2017). Seven (7) winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The Winners will be the seven (7) entrants whose entries fulfill the entry criteria and whose answers are judged to be the most creative and original from all entries received in the relevant Prize Period. This is a game of skill. There is no element of chance in the judging of the Competition or determination of the Winners.
5.2 The Winners will be notified by phone call and email on the date of the judging advising them that they are the winner. The winner must call back within 48 hours to accept the prize and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the prize. If the prize winner does not call back within the required time, the prize will be allocated to the next best entry as judged by the panel of judges. The Promoter will not be liable for failure of a winner to respond to the Promoterís email or telephone contact attempts, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 After the winner has called to accept the prize, the winner will be emailed a prize acceptance form by 33 Degrees Worldwide (the Prizing Agency) which they need to complete and return by fax or email to 33 Degrees within 48 hours of receipt of the email. The winner forfeits the prize which will be awarded to the next best judged entrant if they donít return the prize acceptance form by the deadline.
5.4 The Promoterís decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winners provide proof of age and/or identity prior to awarding Prize. Identification considered suitable for the verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter
5.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize Agencyís requirements. To the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of the prize supplier prevail.
5.8 The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge the Competition in the event that an entrant, who was initially deemed to be the winner, is unable to satisfy any of these Terms and Conditions.
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoterís ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State government regulations.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Kia Motors Australia Pty Limited, and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Kia Motors Australia Pty Limited, and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person.
f) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) in relation to any damage or loss to Entrantís or any other personís computer software, computer equipment or internet connection resulting from or related to participation in this competition;
h) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
i) any technical difficulties, technical error or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the competitionís control); or
j) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay, defect, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
6.4 Entries deemed at the Promoterís absolute discretion to be made via internet or computer generation will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by the promoter.
6.5 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Kia Motors Australia Pty Limited, and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.6 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to state government regulations.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoterís legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.8 By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.
