The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).
This offer is open to all Australian residents who are Priceline Sister Club members aged 18 years or over. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The competition commences on 01/01/2017 at 07:00am, and concludes on 28/01/2017 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEDT.
How to enter
To enter, Sister Club members need to visit
www.priceline.com.au during the Promotional Period, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, Sister Club member number, state and a valid email address), provide an original and creative answer to the promotional question “How do you stay healthy in summer?” in 25 words or less and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
The judging will take place at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 on 30/01/2017 at 10:00am.
The winning entries will be judged on creativity and originality and are subject to the discretion of the judging panel.
The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two working days of their entry being chosen, and the names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au.
If the prize is not claimed by 10:00am on 01/02/2017 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging on 01/02/2017 at 11:00am at the same location as the original judging as is necessary to distribute the prize.
If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 11:00am on 03/02/2017 the prize will be forfeited.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.

Major Prize: There will be one (1) major prize winner of the Sister Club Summer of Health Competition. The prize entitles the winner and a guest to:
Three (3) nights’ in Spicers Sangoma Retreat’s ‘Luxury Bush Suite’ (valued at approximately $3597)
Return economy airfares to Sydney Airport from the winner’s nearest capital city (valued at approximately $1436, depending on the location of the winner)
Return private car transfers from Sydney Airport to Spicers Sangoma Retreat (valued at approximately $580)

Prize is valid for 12 months and must be booked and taken between Wednesday, 1 February 2017 and Tuesday, 31 January 2018. The prize is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, incidentals, laundry, telephone calls, activities other than The Sangoma Signature Kahuna massage (60min), gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason.
