1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
4. Employees (and the immediate family members) of a contractor, company or agency providing goods or services to the

5. Draws:
A) Major Prize:
i. The Major Prize draw will take place at Peazie Social Media (Group) Pty Ltd, Level 2, 27 St Edmonds Rd, Prahran VIC 3181, Australia at 02:30 pm AEDT on 06/02/17 using computerised random selection.
ii. All entries received throughout the Promotional Period (including winning entries from the Weekly Draws) will be included in the Major Prize Draw.
The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Major Prize specified in the Schedule table above.
NZ Weekly Draws:
i. The Weekly Prize Draws will take place at Peazie Social Media (Group) Pty Ltd, Level 2, 27 St Edmonds Rd, Prahran VIC 3181, Australia at 02:30 pm AEDT by computerised random selection. Entries open for each Weekly Draw at
12:00 AEDT on the Monday and close at 11:59 AEDT the following Sunday for the entire duration of the Promotional Period, for a total of six (6) Weekly Draws (excluding the last Weekly Draw which closes at 11.59pm AEDT on Friday 03/02/17). Each Weekly Draw will take place on the Monday after entries close for the Weekly Draw, with the first Weekly Draw taking place on the 02/01/17 and the last taking place on the 06/02/17.
ii. The first one hundred and sixty-seven (167) valid entries drawn in Weekly Draw 1, 2, 3 and 4 will each win the Entrant Group 2 Minor Prize.
iii. The first one hundred and sixty-six (166) valid entries drawn in Weekly Draw 5 and 6 will each win the Entrant Group 2 Minor Prize .
iv. Non-winning entries in each NZ Weekly Draw will be entered into any subsequent NZ Weekly Draw.
a) The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
b) The Promoter may draw reserve winners in case of ineligible or invalid entries.
c) If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on

6. Instant Win
AU Instant Win:
a) Winners will be notified immediately if they have won on screen upon entry form and entry form submission. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
7. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
8. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the
Promoter, or is unavailable at the designated time for the Event or at the time stipulated by the Promoter for travel, they
forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

11. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
12. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

14. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the respective winning entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. 18. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency.
