For those that do own, or have ever owned a Coromal or Windsor Caravan, our 40th and 45th Birthday celebrations are all about ‘Bringing the Coromal Windsor Family back together’. Simply register online for a single entry into our Birthday competition to WIN a brand new Coromal Element 612S Valued at over $58,000. For more adventurous owners - if they post photos of their Caravan with a short story of their greatest memory in the van and any likes or dislikes they might have had, will receive a whopping 50 entries in to the draw! 2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older only, who are either current or previous registered owners of a Coromal or Windsor caravans. (“Eligible Entrant”) Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

www.coromal.com.au and enter your name, address including postcode, daytime telephone number and email address on the competition entry page and upload a picture of your current or past owned Coromal or Windsor Caravan including a short story about your greatest memory in your Coromal / Windsor Caravan during the promotional period and receive (50) fifty entries into the Major Prize Draw.
The promotion commences at 00:01am (AEDST) on 16/12/16 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30/06/17. (Promotional Period).
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
There will be 1 X Major Prize Draw. All valid entries received within the promotional period outlined above will be entered into the Major Prize Draw
The Major Draw will take place on and 28/07/17 at 11.59am (AEST) at 18 / 137-145 Rooks Road Nunawading, VIC 3131, Australia.
The first valid entry drawn will win the following Major Prize:
1 x Coromal Caravans Element 612S (Caravan) inclusive of all on road costs and dealer delivery valued at up to RRP $63,990.00 AUD. The Coromal Element boasts a stylish and modern interior with fully independent knee suspension, galvanised chassis and full aluminium frame. (Winner to arrange delivery of prize from the winners nearest Coromal Caravans dealer).
Total maximum value of the Major Prize is valued at up to RRP $63,990.00 AUD. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Total Promotional Prize Pool is valued at up to RRP $63,990.00 AUD.
10. Coromal/Winsdor Caravan’s (Fleetwood Recreational Vehicles) will be donating $1 in products and/or services for every entry received in this competition to the total value of $30,000.00 AUD to the Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia. Entries exceeding 30,000 will not warrant a further donation by the Promoter.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
All photos uploaded can be either Black & White or Colour and must be a maximum of 5 MB file size only.
Images containing nudity, animal cruelty, sexualised images, harassment or other images deemed by law to be of an illicit or illegal nature are prohibited and will not be eligible to enter and will not form part of a valid entry.
Contestants acknowledge that by entering this competition, they agree to opt in to their personal information (PI) being included in the Coromal/Windsor Caravans/Fleetwood Recreational Vehicles Pty Ltd database and to receiving newsletters, direct marketing material and surveys from the Promoter and their related companies.
Competition entrants acknowledge that by submitting photos for the purposes of this competition that the photos become the property of Coromal/Windsor Caravans/Fleetwood Recreational Vehicles Pty Ltd (Promoter) and their related companies and the images may be used in the future without further express prior permission from the entrant.
If competition entrants wish to opt out of direct marketing, surveys or newsletters, they can contact the Promoter at the address and telephone provided in Clauses 24 & 26 below.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
18. The winner of the Major Prize will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) working days of the draw and the names of the prize winner will be published in The Australian on 07/08/17 and on the Promoter’s Coromal website located at
www.coromal.com.au. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from the prize draw or any other period mutually agreed between the Prize winner(s) and the Promoter.
19. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
20. If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original Major draw on the 03/11/17 (being at least 3 months after the date of the Major Prize Draw) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. All non-winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) working days of the draw and their names published in The Australian and on the Promoter’s website located at
www.coromal.com.au on 13/11/17.
21. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
22. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
23. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Promotional database and not time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify the promotion. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and its associated companies are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any problems or technical malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion;
any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion;
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or third part interference or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries or entrants details;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter);
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant (independent financial advice should be sought); or
use of a prize.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
