Competition commences Monday 16th January 2017 at 12:00pm (AEDT).
Competition closes on Monday 13th February 2017 at 9am (AEDT).
During the overall contesting period (Monday 16 January – Monday 13 February), the listed stations will encourage listeners to visit their local station website register their details by completing an online form, tell us their love song dedication and in 25 words or less tell us ‘who they dedicate their song to and why’
Entrants must be a registered user on iHeartRadio to be eligible to enter.There will be One (1) Major prize awarded in total. The major prize winner will receive:
1 x Voucher to the value of $4,200 for Qualia Resort, Hamilton Island (voucher covering 2 x night’s stay at Qualia Resort, 2 x night’s dinner at Qualia Resort, 1 x helicopter ride (for two) over the Great Barrier Reef and Airport to hotel return airport transfers (provided by Qualia Resort)
Return domestic flights for the winner and 1 x guest, from the winners nearest capital city to Hamilton Island
The total prize pool will not exceed a value of: $5,500.00
The promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);

All entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the competition and/or claim their prize.
One (1) Major prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the active contesting period. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, its creativity.
The final decision is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.
Draws will take place between 12pm Monday 13th February 2017 and 5pm Monday 13th February 2017.

Travel conditions
The major winner will be required to sign a travel indemnity.
Contact details provided in the entry form will be provided to an ARN Travel Partner for the purpose of awarding the major prize only unless specified otherwise.
The winner (and their travelling companion) is responsible for all other expenses not listed above including but not limited to meals (other than those specified), incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, phone calls, gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight, excess baggage, ground transport, visas, spending money, travel insurance and all transfers, including travel costs to and from their closest capital city airport if the winner is from a regional area. A credit card imprint may be required at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
