SCHEDULE TO CANSTAR PROMOTION GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion name: Canstar Valentine’s Day Survey Draw
This Promotion Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of Canstar’s “General Terms and Conditions of Promotions”, available at
http://www.canstar.com.au/terms-of-use/. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion subject of this Promotion Schedule. To the extent of any conflict between this Promotion Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Promotion Schedule will prevail.

1 Promotion Period This Promotion commences at 2.30pm AEST on 10 January, 2017 and closes at 3pm AEST on 27 January, 2017 (extended from the initial end date of 18 January 2017)
2 How to enter To enter the Promotion, Entrants must:
(a) complete the Canstar Valentine’s Day Survey, accessible either:
i. via the Canstar Facebook page;
ii. through the Canstar newsletter;
iii. directly at the URL
https://www.canstar.com.au/competitions/canstar-love-survey/; or
iv. by any other method; and
(b) Provide and submit a valid email address as part of Question 18 of the survey.
Notwithstanding clause 9 of the Promotion General Terms and Conditions, each completed survey, accompanied by a valid email address, will be counted as an entry in the Promotion, to a maximum of one entry per valid email address provided. All valid entries (other than the three Prize winners notified in relation to the 18 January 2017 draw) will be counted as entries in the extended Promotion period.
3 Inclusions or exclusions (if applicable) Residents of South Australia are ineligible to participate.
4 Details of Prize and value The draw for the period from commencement of the Promotion to 18 January 2017 was in relation to three prizes, each being a VISA Prepaid gift card issued by Australia Post (each called a “Prize”) to the maximum of $50 each in value. There was a maximum of one Prize per Prize winner. The total value of these Prizes is $150. These Prizes have been drawn and winners notified. For the extended period of the Promotion, from 19 January 2017 until 27 January 2017, the draw will be in relation to a further three prizes, each being a VISA Prepaid gift card issued by Australia Post (each called a “Prize”) to the maximum of $50 each in value. There shall be a maximum of one Prize per Prize winner. The total value of these three Prizes is $150, and the total value of all Prizes in the Promotion is $300. In order to claim their Prize, each winning Entrant will be required to respond to Canstar within 3 business days once notified via email.
5 Draw date, time and location Three Prize winners were randomly selected from a list of eligible Entrants for the first draw that took place on 18 January 2017 and have been notified. Three additional Prize winners will be randomly selected from a list eligible Entrants for the subsequent draw which will take place between 3pm and 5pm AEST on 27 January 2017 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.
The Prize Winners will be notified by email by COB 27 January 2017.
6 Permit details (if applicable) This Promotion is authorised in New South Wales by Permit number LTPS/16/10219. The conditions of the permit will override these conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
7 Additional Conditions 1. For the Valentine’s Day Survey competition Promotion:
– Clause 26 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Results of this Promotion will be published on the Promoter’s website at the Canstar’s Valentine’s Day survey promotion landing page,
https://www.canstar.com.au/competitions/canstar-love-survey/– and the Canstar Facebook page,
https://www.facebook.com/Canstar/ upon receiving a response from the winning entrant or, should a re-draw be required, upon receiving a response from the new Prize Winner.”
– Clause 27 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Should the Winner not claim their prize within 3 business days of being notified, the Promoter may re-determine a new winner by a random draw which will take place between 9am and 10am AEST on 23 January 2016 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000.”
2. By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, read in conjunction with this Schedule.
3. The Prize issuer’s terms and conditions of a Prize will apply to each Prize and the Prize winner’s use of it.
4. By entering the competition, each Entrant acknowledges that their data provided will be stored on the Typeform database. Each Entrant also agrees to be bound by Typeform’s ‘Terms & Privacy Policy’, which can be viewed at
