This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
Employees of Jaycar Electronics or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.

Closing date for entry will be 23/02/2017 23:59 AEDST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: The entrant must upload their photo to the Jaycar competition microsite and provide their personal details (full name, email address). The entrant will go in the draw to win a Portasol Super Pro Gas Soldering Kit (TS1328). Only one valid entry per person.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice due to any event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be verified at the offices of Jaycar Electronics, 320 Victoria Rd Rydalmere NSW 2116 Australia by 28/02/2017.
The winner will be announced via the Jaycar competition microsite and Jaycar Electronics' official Facebook page by 28/02/2017.

The winner will be notified by email / phone. If the winner cannot be successfully contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, Jaycar Electronics reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
