(Qualifying Purchase) for off premise consumption from an Outlet (excludes online purchases).
After you have made a Qualifying Purchase, you are able to:
(a) receive a gift in the Outlet where you made your Qualifying Purchase, subject to gift stocks remaining in that Outlet. Gifts should be claimed and collected at the time of purchase in accordance with the instructions provided in the Outlet; and
(b) enter the competition in accordance with the "Entry instructions" for your chance to win a prize.
After you have made a Qualifying Purchase, you must during the Competition Period, visit www.wineestatespromos.cpm/metime
(Website) and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all
other requested information.
Purchase receipt(s) must clearly identify the Outlet of purchase, the product/s purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying
Purchase), and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
You can enter once per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase transaction. Each entry must be submitted
separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
There will be 8 prize winners determined in respect of this
competition. There will be a total of 8 draws conducted.
All draws will take place at Gadens Lawyers, Level 25, 600
Bourke St, Melbourne 3000, commencing at 3pm (AEDT), on the
following dates:
• 17/01/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between the start of the Competition
Period and up to 15/01/17 (inclusive);
• 24/01/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between 16/01/17 and 22/01/17
(inclusive);
• 31/01/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between 23/01/17 and 29/01/17
(inclusive);
• 07/02/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between 30/01/17 and 05/02/17
(inclusive);
• 14/02/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between 06/02/17 and 12/02/17
(inclusive);
• 21/02/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between 13/02/17 and 19/02/17
(inclusive);
• 28/02/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between 20/02/17 and 26/02/17
(inclusive); and
• 07/03/17 – 1 draw will be conducted in respect of all
entries received between 27/02/17 and 05/03/17
(inclusive).
The first valid entry drawn randomly in each draw will win a prize.
