Entrants and their companions must be at least 18 years of age.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined above) between 12:00pm AEDT and 6:00pm AEDT on each day of the promotion and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 2:00pm AEDT on Friday 10th February, 2017.
Entries into the promotion close at 12:00pm AEDT on Friday 17th February, 2017.
Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and answering in 25 words or less the question “Two celebrities you’d love to see fight, and why?”
Each Valid entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each week day during the Promotion Period between 12:00pm AEDT and 6:00pm AEDT the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ Online Entries based on the Judging Criteria (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 2:00pm AEDT that week day during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone and place them on the standby list for that week day, and
c) invite the Selected Entrant who submitted the ‘best’ Online Entry that day (based on the Judging Criteria) to appear on air to participate in the On Air Challenge between 4:00pm AEDT and 6:00pm AEDT.
Who Has Been Bitter on Twitter
a) The Promoter will have a predetermined Celebrity (Chosen Celebrity)
b) The Challenger, during a specified time period, will be read a number of tweets (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) from the Chosen Celebrity’s public Twitter account and will be asked to tell representatives of the Station who the Chosen Celebrity is within the nominated time period.
c) If the Challenger correctly identifies the chosen Celebrity within the nominated time period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will be deemed a winner and will be awarded the Prize.
d) Should the Challenger not correctly identify the chosen celebrity (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) within the nominated time period they will not be awarded a prize, and the Selected Entrant with the next 'best' entry (based on the Judging Criteria) will be invited to appear on air to participate in the On Air Challenge on the applicable day.
e) The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to the Challenger during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
f) The Promoter will continue the process as outlined above until a Challenger correctly identifies the Chosen Celebrity and the a Minor Prize is awarded.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out, or the entrant’s voice is inaudible, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air as a Selected Entrant/Challenger. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant/Challenger.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant and they may not be invited to air and/or be awarded a Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must independently comply with these Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each.

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by Friday 10th February, 2016 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Each valid Online Entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on enthusiasm and creativity of the entrant’s Online Entry.
