Wests 2016 Ford Mustang Lion Promotion
Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By
participating, entrants are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
1. Who can enter? Entry is open to current financial full Wests members who are 18
years of age or older. The Promoter’s directors, management, employees,
contractors, and their immediate families together with agencies and suppliers
associated with this Promotion are eligible to enter.
2. Promotion Period: This promotion commences 5:00pm on Wednesday 1st February
2017 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 30th April 2017.
3. How do you receive an entry ticket? Purchase a schooner of tap beer (excluding
VB) and swipe your current financial Wests membership card during the promotional
period at Wests New Lambton (FoodCourt Bar, Bar 88, Marble Bar, Players Bar or
Hopsmith Sports Bar) every evening from 5:00pm until close of trade (subject to bar
trading hours) and you will receive one virtual (1) entry ticket per person per day at
the point of sale.
4. a) How do you enter the Ford Mustang draw? Your virtual entry ticket is placed
into the virtual Ford Mustang prize barrel automatically once a schooner is purchased
until 11:59pm AEST 30th April 2017 through the till system.
5. How many times can you enter? One entry per person per day are permitted during
the promotional period.
6. The draw: a) The draw to win the 2016 Ford Mustang will take place at 10am on
Monday 1st May 2017. This draw will take place on the ground floor through the till
system at Wests New Lambton at 88 Hobart Road New Lambton NSW 2305.
Members do not need to be present for this draw with the winner drawn receiving a
letter in the mail within 3 - 5 business days.
7. Prize Details: The following prize is available to be won at the end of the Promotion
Period; one (1) 2016 Ford Mustang 2 door 6 Speed Automatic 2.3L Eco Boost
convertible in Race Red (no optional extras or Metallic Paint). Prize includes Dealer
Delivery, Stamp Duty, 12 months private registration, 12 months CTP insurance and
Black and White premium plates.
8. Total prize value: The maximum total prize value of the 2016 Ford Mustang is RRP
$60,791 drive away.
9. Notification: Winners will be notified on Monday 1st May 2017 by phone. Winners
name will be published (first name plus member number) on our website
www.mywests.com.au and available from the Wests New Lambton Helpdesk.
10. Winner: The winner must provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of
the Promoter, demonstrates that they are the winner and are eligible to enter and has
complied with these terms and conditions.
11. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry
and to disqualify any entrant who forged, manipulated or tampered with the entry
process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and
conditions or who does not provide all information requested on the entry form, where
applicable.
12. Claiming Prizes: All prizes must be claimed and collected in person by the winner at
their own cost.

13. Prizes: Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable. The prize must be taken as
stated and cannot be varied. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable
to claim their prize.
14. Redraw: The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a prize in the event of an entrant
being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or not claiming a prize within 90
business days from the initial draw.
15. Entries: No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, incomplete,
incorrectly entered or misdirected entries.
16. Variation / cancellation: Subject to state legislative requirements, the Promoter
reserves the right to reasonable amend or vary these terms and conditions or cancel
or suspend this promotion at its sole discretion at anytime throughout this Promotion.
17. Liability and release: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused
by negligence) in connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in this
Promotion, except for any loss liability which cannot be excluded by law. The
Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or misuse of any prize. All
entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or
expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this Promotion
including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether
direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or
otherwise.
18. Use of any information provided: By entering this promotion, each entrant
consents to any information or drawings or items they submit with their entry (other
than personal details), being entered into a database and the Promoter may use or
reproduce the information, drawing or item in a publication, printed matter, online or in
other media without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the
entrant.
19. Privacy: All entries become the property of the Promoter. Please refer to Wests

20. Photograph of winner: The name and photograph of the winner(s) may be used for
promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner notifies the Promoter at the
time of accepting the prize that he or she does not consent to such use.
