Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Maximum Entries
Entrants can enter as many times as they like, pending each entry is a new photo. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period visit the website, register their details and upload a photo as specified by the Promoter at the point of entry.
Photos submitted by all entrants will be uploaded to an entry gallery housed at the Website (note: the Promoter will monitor entries and any entries deemed by the Promoter to be ineligible, for example because of decency of content, will not be added to the entry gallery and will be disqualified from the Promotion).
During the Contesting Period, members of the public will be invited to vote for the best entry via the Website.
At the end of the Contesting Period, the entrant wil the most votes, as determined by the Promoter, will be determined as the Major Prize winner. In the event of a tie, the Promoter will cast the deciding vote.
Judging Details
All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details.
