Appear On Air
(a) if the Selected Entrant participates in an on air segment for the purpose of this Promotion (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter), they will be deemed a minor prize winner and invited to attend the outside broadcast and will be placed into the major draw. The draw will occur between 7:30 AM and 8:00 am on 1st March 2017. Each minor prize winner must make themselves known to a Nova representative and register their details prior to 7.30am AEST in order to be placed in the major prize draw.
Entrants must appear (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion), in order to be deemed a winner and awarded a winner prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, minor prize winners (or their nominated proxy) must be able to attend the Open Broadcast on Wednesday 1st March 2017 (AEST) between 7am – 9:00 am at the Brisbane Broncos Training Grounds at 98 Fulcher Rd, Red Hill QLD 4059 and register their details to be placed in the major prize draw.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a draw, and one entrant will be drawn and be deemed the minor prize winner and invited to the attend the outside broadcast and register their details to be placed in the major prize draw. During a selected period of time at the Outside Broadcast (Event), live announcements will air across the station inviting listeners to come to the event to enter the wild card draw. All entrants who attend will be asked to sign their name and contact details to be eligible for the wildcard draw. At the end of the designated period two contestants will be drawn out and put into the major prize draw, each winning one (1) minor prize.
Major Prize Draw Registration
On Wednesday 1st March, 2017 Minor Prize (or their Nominated Proxy) winners must:
a) In order to receive an entry in to the Major Prize Draw, the minor prize winner or their nominated proxy must attend the Outside Broadcast and register their details with a representative of the Promoter at the Outside Broadcast by a time as advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion in order to receive an entry to the Draw.
b) All minor prize winners (or their nominated proxy) who successfully register their attendance with a representative of the Promoter at the Outside Broadcast by the nominated time (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretions) will receive one (1) entry into the Draw.
Major Prize Draw
a) At the Outside Broadcast, all valid registered entries will be placed into the Major Prize Draw in accordance with the Major Prize Draw details as set out below. The first valid entry drawn will be announced by the Promoter and will be invited to participate in the event challenge.
b) Entrants must be in attendance at the Outside Broadcast at the time of the Major Prize Draw in order to be eligible to be awarded the prize. If the first valid entry drawn from the Major Prize Draw is deemed not to be in attendance at the Outside Broadcast at the time of the Draw or does not make themselves known to a representative of the Promoter within three (3) minutes (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will not be eligible for the Major Prize and the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will invite the next valid entry drawn to participate. The Promoter will continue this process until a valid entrant drawn makes themselves known in the manner outlined above (as determined by The Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
c) Once the selected entrant is draw out they will have Three (3) minutes to decide which of the Nova Announcers; Ashley Bradnam, Kip Wightman, David Lutteral or Mitch Lewis, that they would like to kick a goal on their behalf in order to win the major prize.
d) Once the selected entrant has chosen which announcer they would like to represent them they must also decide which prize the announcer is going to be attempting to kick for them for;
- $5,000 Cash from dead in front of the goal posts at the 20m mark
- $10,000 cash from halfway to the sideline at the 20m mark
- $20,000 cash from the sideline at the 20m mark
If the representative manages to score a goal from the nominated location (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) the selected extant will win the corresponding major prize. If they fail to score a goal, (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion), they will not be awarded a major prize.
e) Once the selected entrant has chosen which Nova Announcer they would like to represent them and which prize they will be competing for, the selected entrant is not allowed to change their decision.
f) For the avoidance of doubt, the final game listed above will be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.

The Promoter may require entrants or Nominated Proxy to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or Nominated Proxy be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible to participate in the Minor Prize or Major Prize (as applicable).
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Entrants or their Nominated Proxy must be able to attend “Ash, Kip & Luttsy’s outside broadcast” on Wednesday 1st March 2017 (AEST) between 7am – 9:00 am (Event) (or other such time, date or location as notified to the entrant by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (Outside Broadcast). The Outside Broadcast will be held at The Brisbane Broncos Training Grounds at 98 Fulcher Rd, Red Hill QLD 4059.
Dates and schedules of the Outside Broadcast and major prize are not under the Promoters’ control and are subject to change. The promoter takes no responsibility for any date or scheduled changes.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), entrants must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Minor Prize or Major Prize (as applicable).
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Major Draw
To be eligible to be placed in the Major Draw at the Outside Broadcast and participate in the major draw, selected entrants or Nominated Proxy must be able to attend the Draw at the Outside Broadcast (or other such time, date or location as notified to the entrant by the promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). The Minor Prize winner or Nominated Proxy must be registered to attend the Outside Broadcast by the time specified by the Promoter at the time of awarding the Minor Prize.

Minor Prize
There are ten (10) prizes to be won comprising of;

Plus, if a minor prize winner has a Ladbrokes account prior to being chosen as a finalist, they will win $250 which will be transferred into a nominated bank account.
Major Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won out of three possible prizes.
This will be determined based on the results of the challenge where by an announcer will be kicking the goal based on the selected entrant. If the representative manages to score a goal from the nominated location (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) the selected extant will win the corresponding major prize. The major prize will only be awarded if the selected announcer kicks a clear goal, without the football bouncing before it reaches the goal or on the goal post.
If they fail to score a goal, (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion), they will not be awarded a major prize.
