To celebrate the Bundaberg Wedding Spectacular we are giving you the chance to win a $15,000 dream wedding package! To enter simply register your details below and tell us in 50 words or less why you would like to win. Entries close online on Sunday the 26th of February at 3:00pm and you can also enter on the day at The Wedding Spectacular on Sunday the 26th of February at the Civic Centre. Five lucky entrants will be selected and then it's over to you to vote for your favourite on the Wedding Spectacular's Facebook page. Voting commences from 5:00pm Monday the 27th of February and will close at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 28th of February. Major Prize Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over who are unmarried and have ‘liked’ the Wedding
Spectacular Facebook Page.
2. Couples are required to submit a 50 word summary of why they either want or deserve this Wedding.
3. Draw will be narrowed down to 5 couples by our committee. Personal stories and backgrounds as well
as creativity and flair will all be considered. This is not a case of the saddest story wins.
4. Entries will be posted on Facebook. Winner will be selected via Facebook Vote on the 28 February and
the winner will be announced live on air with Hitz939. 1 post per couple will be uploaded to the
Wedding Spectacular Facebook Page and the public will vote via like and share. 1 like = 1 point, 1 share =
2 points and the most points at the end of the time frame WINS. Voting opens at 5pm on Monday the 27
February and closes at 6pm on Tuesday 28 February.
5. Wedding is for 50 people only. Additional people must be paid for separately to whichever participating
business is relevant.
6. Wedding MUST be held on the 19 August 2017 and may not be altered.
7. Prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
8. Prize is not transferrable.
9. Prize includes what is stated below only*.
10. Employees and immediate Family Members of Exhibiting Businesses may not enter.
11. Entrants into the prize will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
12. One entry per couple.
13. Wedding Spectacular takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or
incomplete.
14. Entries can be made via the Hitz939 Website or on the day of Wedding Spectacular 26 February 2017 at
the Civic Center.
15. Wedding Spectacular accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that is not
specifically included in the prize (including without limitations, Suits and Dresses, Photographers etc).
16. The prize will be given to the winning couple in person by the Wedding Spectacular and Hitz939 team.
17. The winner will be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw to a reasonable
request. The winners consent to the use of promotional material for an unlimited time frame.
Promotional material may include the winner's voice, photographs and films for use on Facebook and
Websites.
18. Wedding Spectacular accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment
incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
19. Wedding Spectacular reserve the right to modify the prize in any way without prior notice due to
reasons outside of our control eg. Weather, Natural Disaster or other.
