Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must hold a current full Australian drivers license, valid in Victoria/NSW, and be entitled to drive manual
transmission vehicles.
Entrants must be the registered owner of the vehicle that they are willing to “swap” and must be lawfully able to provide all
information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner
prior to collection. Vehicles must not be subject to any financing or loan arrangements.
Entrants must nominate a friend or family member who can assist the Promoter to deliver the Major Prize in the event that the
entrant is determined as the winner. Entrants must have the consent of their friend or nominated family member to nominate
them as the entrant’s contact person in this Promotion.
Entrants must be available on Friday 10 March 2017 to receive the Major Prize, in the event that they are determined as the
winner.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents Victoria and NSW.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must:
1. During the Promotional Period:
(a) Collect a “Hit 969 Car Swap” bumper sticker (“Bumper Sticker”) from one of the participating stores published on
the Website
(b) Place the Bumper Sticker on the vehicle that they want to swap so that it is visible from outside the car (entrants
must ensure that it is in no way obstructing the view or safety of drivers or passengers).
(c) Ensure that the Bumper Sticker is visible on vehicle for the duration of the Promotion.
2. During the Online Registration Period, visit the Website, register their details, including the details of their vehicle which
they want to swap for the Major Prize and a friend, family member or colleague who the Promoter can contact in order to
arrange the swap, answer all questions as specified by the Promoter at the point of entry, and upload a photo of their
vehicle with the Bumper Sticker visible.
At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge entries to determine one (1) Major Prize winner. The
Promoter will deliver the Major Prize to the winner and swap it for the winner’s vehicle as nominated in their entry.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability or as otherwise specified.

The Prize includes 12 months registration in the winner’s state of residence (Victoria or NSW), 12 months 3rd party compulsory
insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery. The stated driveaway price of the Prize depends upon the winner and their location.
All optional extras and accessories, any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs
are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register

the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully
take possession of the Prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the
state/territory in which the winner elects to register the Prize vehicle. Vehicles depicted in all promotional material are not
necessarily the same colour as the Prize vehicle. The colour of the Prize vehicle will be at the Promoter’s discretion. Unless
otherwise specified, the Prize vehicle will be available for collection from the dealership nominated by the Promoter.
Notification of
Winners
Winner will be notified in person on Friday 10 March 2017.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: At the time of notification.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize.
Additional Terms The Promoter may shortlist entrants and contact them to obtain further details that would enable the Promoter to register the
vehicle in the name of the entrant in the event that they are determined as the winner. This may include but is not limited to
the entrant’s driver’s licence details. This does not form part of any judging process nor does it indicate that the entrant is a
winner.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants acknowledge that the delivery of the Major Prize will be filmed and recorded and may
be used by the Promoter on air and online (including websites and social media) and entrants will not be entitled to any fee
for such use.
