"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Time" means each of the times set out above on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
Maximum Entries
Entrants enter up to three times per day (once per each Contesting Time).
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must on a Contesting Day:
1. At a Contesting Time, visit the Website and select the capital city of their State to see the clue(s) as to where Marco Polo is located at that Contesting Time.
2. Register their details and answer the questions as specified by the Promoter at the point of entry, including where they think Marco Polo is at the relevant Contesting Time. (Note: entries will be time stamped).
If the entrant correctly identifies where Marco Polo is located at a Contesting Time, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Minor Prize Draw for that Contesting Day for their State, and one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw.
Daily Prize Draws:
At the end of each of the Contesting Day, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance with the Draw Details to determine one (1) Minor Prize Winner for that Contesting Day.
Overall Major Prize Draw:
At the end of the Contesting Period, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance with the Draw Details to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner.

The Prize includes 12 months registration in winner’s state/territory of residence, 12 months 3rd party compulsory insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery. The stated driveaway price of the Prize depends upon the winner and their location. All optional extras and accessories, any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state/territory in which the winner elects to register the Prize vehicle. Vehicles depicted in all promotional material are not necessarily the same colour as the Prize vehicle. Unless otherwise specified, the Prize vehicle will be available for collection from the dealership nominated by the Promoter.
Winner/s will be notified via phone at the time of winning and in writing within two (2) working days of being determined.
Winners will be published on the Website for 28 days, within two (2) working days of being determined. The Major Prize Winner will also be announced on air on the Hit Network.
Prize Claim Date & Time: 7 June 2017 at 4pm AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at 2pm AEST on 9 June 2017 at 50 Goulburn St, Sydney 2000. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) working days of being determined, and will be published on the Website for 28 days within two (2) working days
