Entrants must be: 15 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
If under 18 years of age, that entrant must be accompanied by a parent/guardian 18 years of age or over when using the Prize.
One (1) entry per entrant, per day during the Promotion Period
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
Phone entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will nominate a featured song on air (Song);
(b) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 59 50 when they hear the Song played on air;
(c) from the entrants who successfully call 13 59 50, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected by the Promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant). The Selected Entrant will be invited to appear on air to be awarded a Prize;
(d) the Selected Entrant who successfully appears on air will be awarded a prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(e) each Selected Entrant who is awarded a prize will be asked by a representative of the Promoter (off air) to provide their contact details (including their ordinary residential address and Relevant State) for the purposes of awarding the Prize.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter on weekdays, between 6.00am – 9.00am (AEDT), from Monday 27 February, 2017 to Friday 10 March, 2017.
There are up to twenty (20*) prizes to be won (*with ten (10) prizes to be won in each Eligible State), each comprising of:
- Two (2) x GA tickets to the Adele concert in the winner’s ordinary state of residence, and pre- event entertainment, valued at up to $700 (incl. GST)
NSW Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize between 6.30pm – 11.00pm (AEDT), on Friday 10 March, 2017.
VIC Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize between 6.30pm – 11.00pm (AEDT), on Friday 17 March, 2017.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence, or other valid form of photographic identification.
