“I SCREAM FOR COLD ROCK ICE CREAM” PROMOTION
The Ice Scream for Cold Rock Ice Cream Promotion (“ISPromotion”) commences at 9:00am AEDT on 20 February, 2017 and concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on 19 March, 2017 (“Promotion Period”)
There will be a total of four (4) videos posted during the Promotion Period, with a new video published each Monday.
The ISPromotion is open to all Australian residents.
All employees, or immediate family of Cold Rock Management Pty Ltd (ACN 078 334 326) (“CRM”) are not eligible to enter the ISPromotion.
To enter the ISPromotion, during the Promotion Period entrants must:
a. View to latest promotional video by visiting either the Official Cold Rock Ice Creamery:

i. Facebook page at www.facebook.com/OfficialColdRock; or
ii. Instagram page www.instagram.com/OfficialColdRock or
iii. YouTube page www.youtube.com/ColdRockOfficial

b. “Like” the page (if they have not done so already).

c. Visit www.coldrockiscream.com.

d. Enter their personal details, as required.

e. Answer the relevant question in 25 words or less.

6. Entrants may enter the ISPromotion as many times as they like throughout the Promotion Period.

7. CRM accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties and / or associated web costs in relation to the ISPromotion.

8. Each week during the Promotion Period a winner will be selected based on having the correct and most creative answer.

9. There will be a total of four (4) winners (“Winners”).

10. The Winners will be chosen by CRM and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Winners will each receive a prize pack to the value of $2,820, which will consist of:

a. 52 x Regular Cups or Cones with three (3) Mix Ins each (limited at one per week); and

b. 12 x 1 Litre Take Home Tubs with three (3) Mix Ins each (limited at one per month).
(“Prize”)

12. Each Prize is subject to the following conditions:

a. The Prize will be provided in the form of specific ISPromotion vouchers.

b. The relevant ISPromotion voucher must be presented and stamped using the approved Cold Rock store stamp each time it is used.

c. The ISPromotion vouchers may only be redeemed at the chosen Cold Rock store.

d. Cold Rock franchisees have the right to refuse the use of the ISPromotion voucher if there is any evidence of tampering or duplication.

e. No Cold Rock Loyalty Card stamp will be issued for redemption.

f. The ISPromotion voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

13. All Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and advertised on the Official Cold Rock Ice Cream Facebook and Instagram pages from 27 February, 2017.

14. All Winners must claim their Prize within two weeks of being notified. If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their Prize within this period, CRM may select a new winner, without any recourse to the previous Winner.
