Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
The Promotion commences 9.00am on Wednesday 1 March 2017 and closes at 5.00pm on Friday 17 March 2017 (“Promotion Period”). All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Central Time.
The Promoter is Beyond Bank Australia, a trading name of Community CPS Australia Ltd, 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000 (ABN 15 087 651 143, AFSL / Australian Credit License 237 856) (“Promotor”).
The Promotion consists of a game of skill to win one of the Prizes.
Entry is available to all recipients of the More than Money survey, sent by email on Wednesday 1 March 2017.
To enter, the entrant must complete the survey and answer the competition question.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for marketing purposes by the Promoter, including sending electronic messages to the entrant until consent is withdrawn by the entrant. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (available at
http://www.beyondbank.com.au/privacy.html). The Promoter will provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communication every time the Promoter contacts them.
There are five (5) Prizes. Each Prize is a $250 Coles/Myer Group Gift Card.
The total prize value of the Promotion is A$1,250.
The Prize Winners will be selected from the entries submitted over the Promotion Period. The responses to the competition question will be reviewed and the top five most unique answers will be selected as winners. The winners will be selected at Beyond Bank Australia, 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000 on Wednesday 22 March 2017.
The Prize Winners will be notified by email. The Prize Winners will have four (4) weeks to claim their prize
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize Winner must take the Prize as stated and cannot transfer, postpone or otherwise request a substitution of the Prize. If the Prize Winner is unable to take and/or use the Prize as stated, the Prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be payable.
The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time or cancel the Promotion (or any part of it) without prior notice.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
