Entrants must be: 15 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each.
Phone entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) The Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion), for the opportunity to participate in the Promotion; and
(b) From the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to one (1) entrant will be randomly selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and will be invited to appear on air in the relevant contesting spot.
(c) The Promoter will have a predetermined nominated song (Nominated Song).
(d) The Selected Entrant, during a specified time period, will be played the Nominated Song and will be asked to tell representatives of the Station the artist and title of the Nominated Song.
(e) if the Selected Entrant does not correctly provide the Nominated Song title and artists before the Audio finishes (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) that Selected Entrant will not be awarded a prize and the On Air Challenge will conclude for that weekday;
(f) if the Selected Entrant successfully identifies the Nominated Song name and artist before the Audio finishes (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) that
Selected Entrant will be awarded a Prize (being the cash amount that was the last cash amount heard on the Audio, (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion);
(g) Should the Selected Entrant not provide the correct response (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) that Selected Entrant will not be awarded a prize.
(h) The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Selected Entrants during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
The first Selected Entrant who correctly identifies the Nominated Song on each applicable weekday during the Promotion Period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be awarded a prize as outlined in the Prize Details.

Entry Restrictions
Guesses must be made on air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.

There are up to thirty (30) prizes to be won, each comprising of:
Various cash amounts valued between $5 and $1000 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt the cash amount awarded to each winner will depend upon the result of each on air challenge. The cash amount awarded to each Selected Entrant will be the cash amount that was last heard on the Nominated Song at the time that the Selected Entrant correctly identified the Nominated Song artist and title (as determined by the promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). If the Selected Entrant does not correctly identify the artist and song name of the Nominated Song before the audio finishes they will not be awarded a prize.
