Weekly Minor Draws: Sunday at 7pm commencing Sunday 15th January
Major Draw: 7-9pm Tuesday 14th March 2017
To Enter the Draw: Receive 1 x entry for every $10 spend at any food or beverage outlets at Hornsby RSL Club during the promotional period to enter. Maximum 5 entry tickets per day. Members may place their ticket in any weekly draw during the promotional period. The barrel will be available one hour prior to each weekly draw for members to place their tickets in, and will be cleared following each draw. Members must be present to win. Entries from a $10 spend will stop printing at 8pm on the evening of the Major Draw.
Weekly Draws: Weekly draws commence Sunday 15th January 2017 and will run for 9 consecutive weeks, concluding on Sunday 12th March 2017.
- Draws will be held on Sunday’s at 7pm
- Seven individual winners will be drawn per weekly draw. The first drawn will be given four minutes to make themselves known at the promotional area in the Gaming Lounge. If they do not, another winner will be drawn until a winner is found to claim the cash prize of $1,000 and five Major Draw entry tickets. Following this, another six individuals will be drawn and given four minutes to make themselves known at the promotional area in the gaming lounge. If they do not, another winner will be drawn until 6 winners are found.
- Once all winners are found, they will play one game (for one minute) on the Video Challenge machines all together.
- The weekly minor prizes will then be awarded to each player in order of points on the Video Challenge Game, with the highest score getting the 1st prize, down to the lowest score getting the 6th prize.
- If a chosen member does not feel physically fit enough to compete, they may elect another person to take their place.
- If there are not six members present to play, the game can go ahead with fewer players, but winners will still only be eligible to win one prize
- There will be four extra minor draws on the night of the Major Draw, to win extra Major Draw tickets ONLY. Entries will be pulled from the minor draw barrel. Only six individuals will be drawn at a time (there is NO cash prize). Extra tickets will be awarded according to the minor prize schedule as per the weekly draws. The barrel will not be cleared until all four draws are complete.
Minor Prizes: Each weekly draw consists of seven winners being drawn. The first drawn has an instant $1,000 win, and also receives five Major Draw entry tickets. The following six drawn get to play the Video Challenge machines in order to win Major Draw entries ONLY. The winner of the cash prize IS eligible to be drawn again as one of the six players. The prizes are awarded according to the below:
- 1st Place: Five Major Draw entry tickets
- 2nd Place: Four Major Draw entry tickets
- 3rd Place: Three Major Draw entry tickets
- 4th Place: Two Major Draw entry tickets
- 5th Place: One Major Draw entry
- 6th Place: One Major Draw entry
Major Prize:
- 1 x $8,000
- 2 x $1,000
- 10 x $100
Maximum Major Prize Value: Thirteen winners totalling $11,000 in cash prizes
Major Draw: The Major Draw will be held on Tuesday 14th March 2017 from 7pm – 9pm.
- Major Draw entry tickets can be placed into the Major Draw barrel from 7pm.
- Four extra minor draws will commence from 7pm and members are still able to collect tickets from $10 spend within the Club to place into this barrel.
- Minor draws will be carried out as above, and extra entry tickets awarded accordingly.
- Once minor draws are completed, thirteen lucky winners will be drawn from the Major Draw barrel. These winners will be given four minutes to make themselves known at the promotional area in the Frank Gill Lounge. If they do not, another winner will be drawn.
- Once identified, these thirteen winners will be asked to select one prize pack each in the order to which they were drawn from the barrel. One prize pack will contain the $8,000, two prize packs will contain $1,000 each, and ten prize packs will contain $100 each. Each winner will receive what is in their bag only.
