1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 2. Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, prize suppliers and their respective associated companies and agencies as well as the immediate families of each of these people are not eligible to enter. 3. The outlets participating in the Promotion (Participating Outlets) are selected IGA, SUPA IGA, Foodland and Foodworks banners located in the States and Territories referred to in the next section. The promotion will be divided into separate promotion periods depending on the State in which the participating Outlets are located: a. Western Australia: begins on 27th February 2017 at 12.01am and closes 5.00pm 12th May 2017 (AWST); b. South Australia: begins on 27th February 2017at 12.01am (ACDT) and closes 5.00pm 19th May 2017 (ACST); c. Queensland/Northern Territory: begins on 27th February 2017 at 12.01am and closes 5.00pm 2nd June 2017 (AEST); d. Victoria/Tasmania: begins on 27th February 2017 at 12.01am (AEDT) and closes 5.00pm 9th June 2017 (AEST); and e. New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory: begins on 27th February 2017 at 12.01am (AEDT) and closes 5.00pm 23rd June 2017 (AEST), (Relevant Promotion Periods). 5. To enter, during the Relevant Promotion Period, entrants must: (a) spend $10 or more on Johnson & Johnson Pacific Pty Limited personal care product(s) (including JOHNSON’S, BAND-AID brand, NEUTROGENA, LISTERINE, AVEENO, CAREFREE, STAYFREE and REACH) (in the same transaction) at

Entrants must keep their original receipt. The Promoter may require this to be provided as proof of purchase; (f) click the submit button. 6. Entry is limited to one per person. Entries must be received during the Relevant Promotion Period. 7. Each entrant must create their own entry and only submit an entry in their own name. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
9. The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. 10. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. 11. Each entrant is responsible for the entry they submit and responsible for paying for the costs associated with entering the promotion. 13. Show dates & times are non transferable or refundable. Winners will need to be available at the applicable session date and time. Prize is valued at approximately $240.00 RRP (incl GST) (or $258.00 (incl GST) in Queensland). Any costs including travel and accommodation associated with attending the show will be the entrant’s responsibility. 15. The total prize pool is valued at approximately $14,616.00. All prize values are the recommended retail value (including GST) in Australia as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing. 16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to (i) not consider any entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry; and (ii) to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions of entry or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages and other compensation are reserved.
17. Law and our liability: These conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria. Subject to your rights under Consumer Laws and except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, you agree that (a) neither the Promoter nor the prize suppliers, nor their respective directors, management or employees nor those of their respective associated companies and agencies (individually and collectively “we” and “our”) will be liable for any circumstances in connection with the promotion or accepting or using any prize which are beyond our reasonable control; (b) if we are or become liable to you for any reason, our liability (for all of us in aggregate) will be limited to any outof-pocket expenses incurred by you up to a maximum of the total prize value referred to above (c) we will not be liable for any other damages (whether those other damages are referred to as direct, indirect, consequential, special or otherwise) nor shall we be liable for any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, except to the extent allowed for in paragraph (b) and this clause; (d) if any circumstances in connection with the promotion occur which require some action by any of us, any of us may take such action as a reasonable promoter or prize provider would take in our circumstances by way of response. In some circumstances, this may involve cancelling the promotion and any award of prizes under it; and (e) we are bound only by the terms set out or referred to in these conditions in respect of the promotion and that only those terms govern this promotion and set out our agreement. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 22. 1. 22. In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed within 7 business days of the relevant draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and will have their name(s) and State or Territory of residence published in

Winners will be mailed their prize at their nominated residential address listed on the entry form within 7 days of winners being notified. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 25. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries, and in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, any person who manipulates or tampers with or benefits from any manipulation of or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion (including, but not limited to soliciting votes, disguising an IP address, using multiple email addresses or aliases to submit multiple entries for the same person, or other electronic account) or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a dishonest or disruptive manner, acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or acts in a way to jeopardise the fair operation of the promotion. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 26. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter. 27. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, manipulation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. 28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
