Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions. Any entry not complying with these conditions is invalid. The Promoter (Décor Australia) may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, 13 years of age or over who fulfil the entry requirements. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter's Agencies, and the retailer sponsor are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promotion commences at 5.30pm (AEDT) on 03.03.2017 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 29.03.2017. (“Promotion Period").

4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, late, lost or misdirected entries, and incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, outside of the Promoters control. One entry is permitted per entrant. To enter via Facebook or Instagram, participants must subscribe, or be subscribed to, the official Decor Australia fan page on Facebook or official Decor Australia Instagram account, and submit an entry via the competition post, including a response to the following questions: “1) What is your favourite kitchen tip/trick?” and “2) What frustrations do you experience when preparing/cooking food?”

5. There will be thirteen (13) winners in total (10 across Facebook and 3 across Instagram). Winners will be selected at Get Glossy, 147 High St,Preston, VIC, 3072 at 2.30pm (AEDT) on 03.04.2017. Entries will be judged based on creative merit and skill. Winners are selected at the judges discretion.

6. The thirteen (13) entries as selected by the promoter will win a Décor prize pack. 7. The Competition Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as offered. If the winner (for whatever reason) is unable to accept the Competition Prize, it will be forfeited.

8. In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize, is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.

9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment,software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.

13. Any costs associated with accessing the Decor Australia fan page on Facebook or Instagram is the entrants responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained,as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes,except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.

16. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.By entering the promotion, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information,in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
