THE COMPETITION
The Promoter is APN Newspapers Pty Ltd, 5/100 Brookes Street, Fortitude Valley Queensland, 4006. ABN 21 009 657 943.
By entering the Win $100.00 Each Day (“the competition”), Contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Contestants must be aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.
Contestants must be a permanent Queensland resident residing in the Sunshine Coast Daily newspaper distribution area to be eligible.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to the Competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
ENTRY
Contestants need to activate a free 8-week Saturday Paper delivery and digital subscription using a coupon code obtained from one of the participating Sunshine Coast Newsagents (see Clause
.

Participating Newsagents - Contestants may obtain their coupon code from the following list of participating Newsagents. There are 500 coupons available for redemption. Once these coupons are exhausted there will be no further coupons released.

Subscriptions must be purchased and activated within the Promotion Period (see Clause 14).
Each contestant may only subscribe once and receive one (1) free entry in the competition.
Contestants deemed winners can only win once throughout the competition.
Entries must be lodged in accordance with the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
All entries received online will be deemed received only upon actual receipt of a complete and eligible entry by the Promoter. In the case of online entries by way of a website or other communication application, an entry will not be deemed to be received unless and until a complete and legible entry is received on the Promoter’s database.
The Promoter shall have no responsibility for the failure of any means of communication whether within the Promoter’s control or otherwise.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The competition commences 12:00am AEST Wednesday March 15, 2017 and closes 11:59pm AEST Friday April 14, 2017 (‘Promotion Period’). Subscriptions must be activated within the Promotion Period for Contestant to be eligible to receive their free entry.
PRIZES
15. There is up to 31 winners (one (1) winner per day) selected via random electronic draw. The daily winner will receive:
A $100.00 Visa Card redeemable at any outlet that accepts Visa.
The winners should refer to the Terms and Conditions of Use as stated on the Visa Card.
Expiry date of the Visa Cards is per the expiry terms stated on the Visa Card.
If there are no entries for any one single day, then no prize will be awarded for that one day and the prize for that day will be forfeited.
Total maximum recommended retail value of the prize pool for this competition is up to $3,100.00 (inclusive of GST).
16. The prize is valued inclusive of GST and shown as Recommended Retail Price and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in item values.
17. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner.
18. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
19. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a prize of similar nature and/or like or greater value.
ELIGIBILITY LIMITATIONS
20. The following persons are ineligible to enter. Contestants must be 18 years of age and over.
Employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter as far as they are directly associated with this competition;
Employees of, or owners to, the registered participating businesses so far as they are directly associated with this competition;
The spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
Contestants who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any contest run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name.
21. All Contestants acknowledge that even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has appeared to award the prize to the ineligible person, it may require the return of the prize or payment of its value to the Promoter to be dealt with as an unclaimed prize.
PRIZE DRAW
22. One contestant will be chosen via random draw each business day between Thursday March 16, 2017 and Monday April 17, 2017 at 11:00am AEST at the Sunshine Coast Daily office, 2 Newspaper Place Maroochydore Qld.
23. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Winner’s details will be published in the Sunshine Coast Daily Public Notices on Saturday, April 29, 2017.
PRIZE COLLECTION
25. Prizes must be claimed in person by the winner from the Sunshine Coast Daily office, 2 Newspaper Place, Maroochydore Qld. Government issued photo ID is required to confirm identity and residence.
26. Any winner must complete a Release Form to confirm collection of their prize.
27. All prizes must be picked up within 90 days of notification. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim their prize.
28. All prizes that remain unclaimed 90 days after notification to the winner will be redrawn and further winners selected as per these terms and conditions.
PROMOTER’S LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
29. The Promoter is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by a winner.
30. The Promoter also takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released to the winner.
31. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any of the goods and services offered as prizes.
32. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner(s) and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winners.
PRIVACY
33. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter and its related parties, subject to the limits contained in the Privacy Statement and as set out in these terms and conditions.
34. The Promoter and its related parties, also collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may use and disclose such information in accordance with its privacy policy
