a. be aged eighteen (18) or over;
b. during the Promotion Period, purchase any one or more The LEGO Batman Movie products to the value of at least $25 in the same transaction from a participating Big W store or online at
www.bigw.com.au (“Qualifying Purchase”); and
c. visit the competition entry registration page
www.prizepromotions.com.au/winatrip and complete the entry form by providing their name, email address, contact number, address (no PO Boxes) and receipt/invoice number.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase; (b) entries that are submitted multiple times under the same receipt/invoice number will be invalid; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; and (d) unrecognized receipt/invoice numbers will be deemed invalid.
Entrants must: (a) retain a copy of store receipts / online order invoices as proof of purchase for ALL entries; and (b) where an entrant submits more than twenty (20) entries, for each product used for his/her 21st and subsequent entries, the entrant must keep the whole label/packaging from the product purchased and used to enter. Failure to provide such labels/packaging when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry; or (c) if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
PRIZE:
11. One major Prize will be awarded to one eligible entrant aged eighteen (18) or over.
12. The Prize is valid for a family of four (4) consisting of two (2) adults and two (2) children aged three (3)
years to eleven (11) years and includes:
a three (3) night trip to LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort with two (2) day COMBO passes to both the
theme park and water park, which must be taken during the period 1 May to 31 October 2017;
b. return economy flights from the winner’s nearest capital city and Singapore; and
c. transfers to and from Singapore airport and LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.
