Making the most of seasonal produce, Matt Moran and head chef Ben Russell have created a new autumn menu at Aria Restaurant that focuses on using the freshest produce from local suppliers, producers and farms. Prize: The prize includes 1 night accommodation in a club level room at Sofitel Brisbane Central with breakfast for two; Audi transfers to and from dinner; club access on the 30th floor with 1.5 hours of canapés, drinks and desserts before dinner at Aria; dinner experience to taste Aria's new autumn menu (valued at $300). Total prize value is $850. Prize must be taken between 27 April 2017 and 31 May 2017. No part of the prize will be renewed, replaced or exchanged if the winner is unable to book before 31 May 2017. Some lock out dates may apply – Sofitel Brisbane Central will advise at time of booking.
Competition period: The competition opens on 4 April 2017 and closes at 10am on Thursday 27 April 2017.
How to enter: Complete the entry form and submit.
Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition a person must: a) Be a permanent resident of the State of Queensland b) Not be an employee or contracted staff of Brisbane Marketing, a sub- unit of administration of the Promoter; and c) Be over the age of 18 (proof of age may be required to receive prize) or have the consent of one of his or her parents or guardians to enter the competition.
Competition draw: The winners will be drawn at random. The decision shall be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into. The drawing of the prizes will be conducted at Brisbane Marketing at Roy Harvey House, Brisbane, QLD 4000.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email by 5pm 28 April 2017. If no reply email is received within two days, the prize will be void.
Brisbane Marketing will inform the winner about ticket collection once they’ve been selected.
No Liability of Promoter: The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes.
