The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).
This offer is open to all Australian residents who are Priceline Sister Club members aged 18 years or over and who hold a valid Australian driver’s licence. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The competition commences on Friday, 7 April 2017 at 07:00am, and concludes on Tuesday, 2 May 2017 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEST.
How to enter

www.priceline.com.auduring the promotional period, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, Sister Club member number, state and valid email address), provide an original and creative answer to the promotional question, ‘What do you love about being a Sister Club member?’ in 25 words or less and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
The judging will take place at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 on Friday, 5 May 2017 at 10:00am.
The winning entries will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel.
The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two business days of their entry being chosen, and names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au.
If the prize is not claimed by 10:00am on Wednesday, 10 May 2017 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 11:00am on Wednesday, 10 May 2017 at the same location as the original judging as is necessary to distribute the prize.
If any redrawn prize is not claimed by Monday, 15 May 2017 the prize will be forfeited.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is valued at $23,400 including GST (as of Wednesday, 15 February 2017). Includes on road charges up to $856.99 (registration), stamp duty up to $704.00 and dealer delivery to the winner’s nearest capital city.
Comprehensive insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs (including travel to and from the Mazda dealership in the prize winner’s nearest capital city to collect the vehicle) are the responsibility of the prize winner. Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner will be required to pick up the vehicle from their nearest Capital City Mazda dealership nominated by the winner.
Receipt of the prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state/territory in the state/territory the winner elects to register the prize vehicle.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any mechanical body or paint repairs from the date and time of delivery.
In acceptance of the prize, the winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter will organise the vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. The winner is advised that it may take several weeks for the vehicle to have its pre-delivery work finalised and delivered to the dealership, subject to the winner’s location, state or territory vehicle registration, and dealership requirements. The winner should allow 28 days for this process.
It is a condition of winning that the prize winner provides the Promoter with their full name, address, and a copy of their current Australian driver’s license prior to the awarding of the prize.
The car depicted in all promotional material is not necessarily the same colour or grade as the prize. The external and interior colour of the prize is subject to availability. The winner will not be able to select the vehicle colour or transmission type, this will be determined by the Promoter.
The prize is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
