Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By
participating, entrants are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
1. Who can enter? Entry is open to all Wests members and patrons who are 18 years
of age or older.
2. Promotion Period: This promotion commences on Monday 3rd April 2017 and closes
at 8:59pm on Sunday 30th April 2017.
3. How do you receive an entry ticket? A mail drop out will commence April 3rd
delivered to all residents of postcode 2304 each week with three pre-printed (3) entry
dated tickets to use on every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday during the
promotional period 3rd April – 30th April 2017 to place in the weekly draw barrel at
Wests Mayfield. One entry ticket will also be given to each guest present on the night
who did not receive a ticket via the post prior to the draw.
4. How do you enter the draw? On the night of the draw place your completed entry
ticket in the Wests Mayfield $24,000 Giveaway prize barrel located in at Wests
Mayfield. Entries can be placed in the barrel on the night of the draw until 8:59pm
AEST. Each patron drawn from the barrel and present in the Club will be issued the
prize of $500 cash. Each patron has four (4) minutes from the time their name is
drawn to claim their prize with suitable ID or a re-draw will take place.
5. How many times can you enter? Maximum of 1 entry per person per night. Winning
patron ticket drawn can be re-entered into the barrel once prize is claimed during the
promotion on the night (patron ticket remains live for all 4 draws on the night). The
competition barrel will be emptied at the end of each Monday, Wednesday and
Sunday night draw and reset for subsequent draws that take place within the
promotional period.
6. The draw: The opportunity to enter the draw will take place at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm & 9pm
AEST each Monday, Wednesday and Sunday from the 3rd April – 30th April 2017. The
Wests Mayfield $24,000 Giveaway draw will take place on the ground floor at Wests
Mayfield at 32 Industrial Drive Mayfield NSW 2304.
7. Prize Details: A $500 cash prize will be allocated at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm & 9pm every
Monday, Wednesday and Sunday night during the promotional period. The prize is
awarded immediately.
8. Total prize value: The maximum total prize value is $24,000.
9. Notification: Winners will be notified at the barrel on the night of the draw over the
public announcement. Winners names will be published (first name plus phone
number) and available from the Wests Mayfield Helpdesk.
10. Winner: The winner must provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of
the Promoter, demonstrates that he or she is the winner, is eligible to enter and has
complied with these terms and conditions.
11. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry
and to disqualify any entrant who forged, manipulated or tampered with the entry
process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and
conditions or who does not provide all information requested on the entry form, where
applicable.

12. Claiming Prizes: All prizes must be claimed and collected in person by the winner at
their own cost within 4 minutes of their name being announced over the PA.
Announcement can be heard from the PA anywhere on the Ground Floor at Wests
Mayfield.
13. Prizes: The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. No compensation
will be payable if the winner is unable to claim their prize and not in attendance at the
time of the draw.
14. Redraw: The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a prize in the event of an entrant
being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or not claiming a prize within four
(4) minutes of their name being drawn.
15. Entries: No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, incomplete,
incorrectly entered or misdirected entries.
16. Variation / cancellation: Subject to state legislative requirements, the Promoter
reserves the right to reasonable amend or vary these terms and conditions or cancel
or suspend this promotion at its sole discretion at anytime throughout this Promotion.
17. Liability and release: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused
by negligence) in connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in this
Promotion, except for any loss liability which cannot be excluded by law. The
Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or misuse of any prize. All
entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or
expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this Promotion
including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether
direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or
otherwise.
18. Use of any information provided: By entering this promotion, each entrant
consents to any information or drawings or items they submit with their entry (other
than personal details), being entered into a database and the Promoter may use or
reproduce the information, drawing or item in a publication, printed matter, online or in
other media without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the
entrant.
19. Privacy: All entries become the property of the Promoter. Please refer to Wests

20. Photograph of winner: The name and photograph of the winner(s) may be used for
promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner notifies the Promoter at the
time of accepting the prize that he or she does not consent to such use.
