Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the promotion page located at
www.novafm.com.au and complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing the following details:
* Contact details including name, last name, postcode, current and valid email address; and
* Upload one (1) image featuring Berocca product, for the avoidance of doubt the file size may be no larger than 10MB and need to be in the form of gif, jpg, jpeg, png
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) by the dates and times set out below under Judging.
Minor Prize Judging
Each week during the promotion the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
* a) select the one (1) entrant judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 3pm (AEDT) that weekday during the Promotion Period from entrants from the applicable state (as set out below) (each, a Selected Entrant);
* b) contact the Selected Entrant (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by email; and
* c) Award the Selected Entrant a Minor Prize.
Major Prize Judging
* a) Each valid entry submitted during the Promotion Period will be individually reviewed by the Judges by Tuesday 9 May 2017.
* b) The Promoter will select the one (1) entry it deems to be the “best” overall (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, and award that entrant the Major Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, an entry does not have to have featured on air or online or have been awarded a Minor Prize to be awarded the Major Prize.
All Minor Prize Winners will still be eligible for the Major Prize.
Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account or the nominated bank account of the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a winner.
For the avoidance of doubt an entrants main location and online entry may be published on the Station Website, this does not mean that the entrant has been selected as a minor prize and or major prize winner in this promotion and they may not be awarded a prize.
Entrants must ensure that they have obtained the consent of any third parties included in their online entry, or where the third party is under 18 years of age obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Without limiting any of the provisions of these Terms of Entry, the Promoter requires that each entry fully complies with these Terms of Entry and must not include or make reference to the intellectual property rights of any person including but not limited to any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks, copyrighted material, mark that identifies a brand or other third party materials, unless the entry is submitted with the written consent of the owner of the applicable intellectual property rights. Entries that, in the Promoter’s judgment, contain offensive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate material or that infringe any third party rights (including intellectual property rights) will be invalid.
Any content which entrants submit as part of this promotion must be original, accurate, unaltered and the entrant’s own work. Any entry submitted that does not meet this requirement (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) may be deemed invalid.
The decision by the Promoter to accept or reject an entry is in the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game.

Major Prize
There is one major prize to be won in total, consisting of: one (1) cash prize of $5,000AUD (incl GST)
