1. These terms and conditions apply to the Sanity “Wheel of Egg Fortune 2017” Prize Draw Incentive ("Promotion"). The “Promoter” is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214
2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to persons who are:
(a) residents of Australia;
(b) not employees of the Promoter or the Promoter's suppliers or other associated companies or agencies (as determined by the Promoter), or their family members, (“Eligible Persons”).
4. The Promotion commences 12:00am AEST on Thursday 13th of April 2017 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Monday 17th April 2017 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected.
5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons within the Promotional Period must,
(a)Fill in an entry form including (but not limited to) first name, last name, phone number, postal address and email address available at
www.sanity.com.au(b)Provide the correct answers to the daily questions posted on Sanity’s Facebook and/or Instagram
(c) Provide an original 25 words or less answer to why they would like to win the “Prize”
Winners will be chosen based on the merit of a complete entry, which includes all information listed above. All complete entries and valid entries will automatically go into the prize draw for the Promotion. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
6. The winners will be drawn at 3:00pm on Tuesday 18th of April 2017 by Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214
7. Major prize winners will receive a 10kg block of chocolate, value up to $205 (“Prize”). There are ten runners up prizes of Chocolate Hampers, value up to $121. There are 15 Prizes in total to be won.
8. In the event a drawn entry is deemed invalid, the next valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
(i) The Prize is unable to be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash. In any event the Prize is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of the same or greater value.
9. Winners will be notified within 2 working days by phone using the contact details they provided to the Promoter on entry into the Promotion, and then by writing, and their name published on Sanity’s social media channels when prizes are received by winners, by 25th April 2017.
10. Prizes will be awarded to person named in the entry. However, in a dispute, will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. name in purchase records). If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to a nominated legal guardian.
11. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each of the winners. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a Prize/s is: (i) not claimed by the Winner or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize/s will be awarded to another Entrant/s in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 3:00pm on 25th of April, at Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified within 2 working days by phone, and then by writing.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winners name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited time period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition, and promoting any products and services, manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
13. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
14. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.
16. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter with this Promotion. All personal information provided to the Promoter in connection with the Promotion will be destroyed after the competition closes and winners have been notified.
