1. Entry is open to Australian residents who have a Facebook account and have ‘liked’ the Baby & Toddler Town Facebook page (“Eligible Entrant”). Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. This promotion is run by Baby & Toddler Town. Our address is 20 Tate St, Wollongong NSW 2500.
3. The promotional competition time frame starts at 3 pm (AEST) on 17 April 2017 and concludes at 3 pm (AEST) 15 May 2017.
4. One (1) entrants will be awarded with the following prize: One Babyhood Manhattan Feeding Chair & Ottoman valued at $2,999.
5. The Prize is not transferable / refundable for cash or credit on an account or lay by.
6. This is a game of skill competition. I.e. the winner is picked based on their submission. A judging panel, made up of Baby & Toddler Town representatives, will judge the entries based on creativity and relevancy to competition.
7. The winner will be picked 16th May at 12 pm and winner will be notified by 5 pm on the 17th May 2016. Winner will be notified via Facebook only. If the winner has not contacted Baby & Toddler Town to organise collection of the prize within 7 days, then the prize will be forfeited.
8. Baby & Toddler Town reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of entrants. Baby & Toddler Town also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
9. Baby & Toddler Town will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Baby & Toddler Town is not responsible for problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this promotion.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Baby & Toddler Town which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Baby & Toddler Town reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
