Competition Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Luma Babycare Australia (“Promoter”)
3. The Promotion period is 18 April 2017 to 31 May 2017 at 7:00pm AEST ("Promotion Period”).
4. Entry is open ONLY to Australian residents, aged 18 years and over.
5. In order to enter the competition participants need to:

https://www.facebook.com/lumababycareaustraliab. Share the competition image with friends and family
c. Enter their email address and subscribe to Luma Babycare Australia
6. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and by subscribing you agree to receive newsletters and updates from Luma Babycare Australia.
7. Total prize pool is valued at $229.95
8. The winner will be chosen from all the entries on the participating entry page. It will be drawn using random.org.
9. The winner will be announced/notified within 3 days of the competition closing by email to the email address provided and on the Luma Babycare Australia facebook page.
10. The prize winners will be given 1 week to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim their prize in this time, a redraw will occur.
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of prizes.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
