CONTESTING DATES AND
TIMES
‘The Registration Period’
Registrations will open at 5:30am on Monday 1 May, 2017 and will
close at 6pm Thursday 18 May 2017.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Registration Period in
its absolute discretion
Contesting will occur at specific times Monday to Friday to be
determined by the Promoter. The contesting times will be between
5:30am on Monday 1 May, 2017 and will close at 6pm Thursday 18
May 2017. Each of the days between and including these days are
called ‘Contesting Days’.
The exact opening and closing times for the Contesting Period may
be changed in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
The Event Day will be Friday 19 May 2017 or such other date as the
Promoter determines.
ITEM 6: ENTRANT
RESTRICTIONS
Entry is only available to residents of Australia who are aged 18 or
over.
No person is eligible to participate in the Competition or to redeem
any prize if they have won a prize valued at $5000 or more in any
competition run by the Promoter within 6 months prior to Event
Day.
ITEM 7: METHOD OF
ENTRY
Throughout the Registration Period, listeners will be invited to be
the random caller through in the nominated contest hours for their
chance to be a finalist.
Only one individual can compete per contesting spot.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold additional contesting to fill
the Finalist position.
All decisions are in the complete discretion of the Promoter and no
corresponded will be entered into in this regard.
The promoter reserves the right to change the contest mechanic.
ITEM 8: THE DRAW All finalists must personally attend an event on Friday 19 May 2017
and must be present personally to register by no later than 12:00
pm at the designated location – the exact location of which will be
advised by the Promoter. The Event date, time and location may be
subject to change at the discretion of the Promoter.
Registered finalist must remain at the event.
The Promoter may require Finalists to abide by reasonable
instructions on the day. Should any Finalists not follow the
instructions of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to
cease the contesting or remove any person and any Finalist
removed will forfeit any claim to any prize.
If a Finalist is not at the major draw point and registered by 12:00
pm they forfeit their opportunity at the major prize.
