Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 15 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
Social Media Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must enter via;
Instagram
(a) entrantswillbeinvitedtologintotheirpersonalInstagramaccount;and
(b) Post a short video (Entry) on their personal Instagram account of their best ‘SlowMo Baywatch Beach run’ and hashtag the Promoter’s specified hashtag #SmallzySlowMo;
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging Criteria below.
Finalist List
At various times during the Promotion Period the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry on their relevant Social Media Entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrants);
(b) Contact the Selected Entrants via direct message on the Instagram account used to submit their Entry; and
(c) if the Selected Entrants successfully respond within the allocated timeframe (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and provides their full name, nominated residential address, phone number and email address in the manner outlined by the Promoter, the Selected Entrant will be deemed a Finalist (Finalist) for the relevant day (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
If the Selected Entrant declines, or is unreachable for any reason or fails to successfully respond to the Promoter’s direct message within the nominated timeframe, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid Social Entry is judged as the next ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria) and contact that Selected Entrant by direct message on the Instagram account used to submit their Social Entry Answer to. This process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully responds to their direct message on Instagram (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be awarded a Prize or deemed a Finalist.
Appear On Air
At various times during the Promotion Period the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(c) select up to 1 Finalist judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant);
(d) contact the Selected Entrant on their Personal Contact Number (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and
(e) If the Selected Entrant participates in an on air segment for the purpose of this Promotion (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter), they will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to five (5) Selected Entrants invited to appear on air and awarded a prize on air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number) and grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
5:00pm AEST Monday the 8th of May 2017 and 10:00pm AEST on Friday 12 May 2017
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Finalists must be able to travel between the 17th of May 2017 and the 19th of May 2017 (Travel Dates) (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) in order to participate in the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, even if an entrant appears on air to describe their Entry or their Entry is described on air by the Promoter or one of the Promoter’s representatives, or if the Promoter and/or their representative expresses or indicates that the entrant’s Entry is the preferred Entry, it does not mean that the entrant has been selected as the winner in this promotion, and that entrant may not be awarded a Prize. The winner will only be determined after all entries to the Promotion have been considered in accordance with the Judging Criteria below at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 4:00pm AEST Friday 12 May 2017 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game.
Prize
There are up to five (5) prizes to be won, each comprising of:
2 x tickets to the Australian Premiere Screening of ‘BAYWATCH’ on Thursday the 18th of May 2017 from 6:30pm (AEST) at a venue to be disclosed by the Promoter (in the Promoters absolute and sole discretion) valued at up to $200.00 AUD
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
Domestic Travel Prize (if applicable)
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its discretion), valued at up to $1,500 (incl GST). The prize comprises of the following components:
two (2) adult economy return airfares from the winners nearest capital city in either VIC, SA, QLD or WA to Sydney NSW (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
Up to one (1) nights minimum 3 star accommodation in a hotel to be determined and specified by the Promoter, twin share, to be shared by the winner and their companion; return transfers for the winner and their companion from the destination airport to their destination accommodation;
Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to travel between the Travel Dates and take the Prize on Thursday the 18th of May 2017 (Event) Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
