Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 13 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.

During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question “If you could ask Ed Sheeran one question, what would it be and why?”
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEDT Monday 12 February 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game.
There are up to twenty-five (25) prizes to be won, each comprising of:
Two (2) tickets to attend ‘Ed Sheeran’s ÷ World Tour 2018’ on one of the following dates in the capital city of the entrants state of residence, valued at up to $300.00(incl GST):
PERTH: Sat 03 March 2018 - Perth Stadium
ADELAIDE: Wed 07 March 2018 - Adelaide Oval
MELBOURNE: Sat 10 March 2018 - Etihad Stadium
SYDNEY: Fri 16 March 2018 - ANZ Stadium
BRISBANE: Tue 20 March 2018 - Suncorp Stadium
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to five (5) prizes awarded in each Eligible State.
Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to attend the ‘Ed Sheeran ÷ World Tour 2018 at one of the following locations in the Australian capital city of the entrant’s state of residence on one of the following dates:

ADELAIDE: Wed 07 March 2018 - Adelaide Oval OR;
MELBOURNE: Sat 10 March 2018 - Etihad Stadium OR;
SYDNEY: Fri 16 March 2018 - ANZ Stadium OR;
BRISBANE: Tue 20 March 2018 - Suncorp Stadium.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.

Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by 5:00pm AEDT Monday 12 February 2018
