One of the most-read and famous children’s books of all time, The Very Hungry Caterpillar emerges off the page in a masterful theatrical experience for the whole family at Redland Performing Arts Centre on Wednesday, June 7 with performances at 10.30am and 1pm.
Journey through Eric Carle’s incredible stories as they come to life on stage in this enchanting show that also features some of the delightful characters from three of Eric Carle’s bestselling classic tales. These include The Artist Who Painted a Blue Horse, Mister Seahorse and The Very Lonely Firefly.
This Australian-made show promises to excite, educate and entertain new readers and first-time theatre-goers, and delight those who grew up with these books.
Created by Jonathan Rockefeller, directed by Naomi Edwards and with 75 magical puppets created by New York's Puppet Kitchen, this is a timeless classic.
