The Maximum Total Prize Value is $250,000 USD / AUD / NZD / CAD or £125,000 GBP. There are 68 prizes available to be drawn across 13 draws.
As per the prize distribution table below for each of the first thirteen (13) monthly draws, the first drawn valid entry for each Prize during the respective prize period as shown in the Draw and Prize Table will receive the prize. All prizes consist of either cash in local currency depending on country of entry, vouchers, gift cards or one of the prize packs as advertised for the promotion, to the value prescribed in the table below. If Prize packs were advertised they will contain prizes that will include a combination of one (1) or more of the following prize types: cash, vouchers, subscriptions, clothing, accessories, footwear, perfume, cosmetics, personal items, toys and consumer goods. The winner’s region must match their physical location and actual place of residence. United States Residents will receive applicable prizes in USD, Australian Residents will receive applicable prizes in AUD, New Zealand Residents will receive applicable prizes in NZD. Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) will receive applicable prizes in CAD. UK residents will receive applicable prizes in GBP. For the avoidance of doubt, prizes will not be drawn in both local currency and GBP and winners are not entitled to both amounts.

CHARITY COMPONENT OF CERTAIN PRIZES
In addition to the Individual Portion of an “Individual + Charity” Prize described in these terms, ROKT will also donate an amount of money, the Gifted Portion, to a charity as part of the Prize. This will be donated to the applicable Prize winner’s selected Tomorro partner charity if one has been nominated by the Entrant during entry or otherwise the charity as selected by ROKT in its sole discretion, as applicable, as set out below:
I. An eligible charitable institution established in accordance with the law (“Charity”), of the Prize winner’s choosing ONLY if the Prize winner successfully nominated the charity during or directly after the entry process (including via social share), OR
II. If an Entrant did not elect a charity, or it was not displayed, then the Gifted Portion of the Major Prize will be allocated to any one (1) or split between several of the Charities selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
ROKT shall be entitled to rely on the earlier instructions during entry of the winner in distributing the applicable portion of the prize to the nominated eligible charitable institution. All entries into the draw shall be given the same number of entries into the draw, irrespective of whether an election to donate a portion of the prize is made.
TRAVEL TO FINAL PRIZE DRAW EVENT
The Final Prize Draw winners and parent/legal guardian if (if applicable) are required to participate in a prize giving ceremony and video interview at their nearest ROKT local office (“Final Prize Draw Event”). If the Final Prize Draw Winner’s ordinary residential address is outside of the metropolitan/regional area of Sydney, New York, Los Angeles, London or Singapore, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, the Promoter will provide to the winner of the Major Prize, and
Minor Prizes 1, 2 and 3 (“Final Prize Draw Winners”) , one (1) night accommodation each at a hotel nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion (twin share/double occupancy) (or similar) & one (1) adult return/round-trip economy airfares for the Final Prize Draw Winner’s to the applicable ROKT Office from the capital city airport closest to the ordinary residential address of the Prize winner (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges). The flights (if applicable) and accommodation included in the Final Prize Draw are valued at up to a maximum total of $7,000.00 USD
(recommended retail price including tax, depending on point of departure if applicable) across all four winners. All additional costs not expressly stated, but which may be incurred in acceptance of and participation in a Final Prize Draw Event, are the responsibility of the winner. Such additional costs include, but are not limited to, additional meals, beverages, room service, telephone calls, laundry services, spending money, transport to and from airport departure point, other transfers, taxes including arrival and departure taxes (if applicable) but excluding airfare related taxes and charges, insurance, travel insurance, passports and visas (if applicable). Any passes, tickets or vouchers issued by the Promoter are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use. Winner may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check-in. The promoter has the rights to withhold the transfer of the prize if the prize ceremony isn’t completed.
Dates of Final Prize Draw Event are subject to change at Promoter’s sole discretion. The Prize winner and parent/legal guardian if (as applicable) must travel together and depart from and return to the same departure point. The Major Prize winner and parent/legal guardian (as applicable) may not accrue any frequent flyer points from attending the Final Prize Draw Event. Travel and accommodation is subject to availability and may be dependent on travel class availability and specific room category availability. Travel and accommodation are to be arranged by the Promoter or an agent nominated by the Promoter.

RULES OF ENTRY

Each entry must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Rules of Entry. All entries have an equal chance of winning. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Rules of Entry; or (c) if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period for an advertised promotion.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce
(within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the promotion, before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promotional Website, or the information on the Promotional Website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Rules of Entry or any other legal obligation by an Entrant, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
TELL A FRIEND: Where available, Entrants may invite friends or relatives to enter the promotion using the provided methods on the entry confirmation screen (the “Invitation”). Entrants who invite friends or relatives to enter the promotion through the link included in the Invitation will unlock the charitable donation to their selected Tomorro charity partner if shown and gain one (1) additional entry into the draw for sharing across social media. The operation of how the Entrant refers the promotion is subject to relevant legislation in each country. Each Entrant’s nominated relative or friend must also be eligible to enter the promotion. Each Entrant warrants that any and each friend or relative that they nominate is known to them personally and that they have permission to send electronic communications to such persons. Whether or not an Entrant elects to invite friends or relatives is an optional step and does not form part of their original entry into the promotion.
PRIZE DRAW: This is a game of chance. The Start, End and Draw date and time will be as above or as advertised on the Promotional Website. The draws for each promotion will take place at Level 4, 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia within 7 days of the End Date and conducted under independent supervision, or by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. The winner of the draw will be notified in writing within three (3) days of the relevant draw. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period will win the prize. Where more than one prize is available, up to the amount of eligible entries (as advertised for a relevant promotion) will be drawn from all entries received in each advertised promotion, and each will win one (1) prize.The prize will be awarded in the name of the winner/s. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner of the draw will have their names and localities published on
www.tomorro.com/winnerswithin seven (7) days of the relevant draw and will remain on that website for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days. Where applicable, prize winners shall also be published in a relevant local newspaper within 7 days of the relevant draw. All reasonable steps to notify winners will be taken by the Promoter.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them (in order) in case an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn or the Entrant is ineligible to accept or declines to participate in the prize. Each Entrant whose entry is drawn by the Promoter must confirm their eligibility to be awarded the prize, and their ability to accept and participate in the prize within seven (7) business days of being successfully notified by the Promoter that their entry has been drawn, otherwise their entry will be deemed invalid. In order to be declared a winner and being awarded the prize, any Canadian resident must correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind (i.e.: 2 X 10 ÷ 4 + 30 – 2). A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation, receipt of promotional photography of the winner and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion. Prize winner agrees to provide a headshot before acceptance of the prize, if not provided the promoter reserves the right to collect public photos of the winner via social media. The major prize winners must also agree to participate in the prize event at the local ROKT office upon collection of the prize whereby both photographs and a video recording will be taken. In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible Entrant, or if the Entrant is ineligible to accept or declines to participate in the prize, major prizes will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the major prizes cannot be awarded to the Entrant drawn, the Promoter will continue this process until the prize is awarded. If after this process the prize has still not been awarded, or if an Entrant drawn cannot be notified, the Promoter will hold an Unclaimed Prize Draw.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: The Promoter may conduct a further draw 3 months and 3 days from the original prize draw at their premises, for the major and minor prize draws as is necessary in order to distribute the prize if unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable legislation. In the event of a winner in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified in writing within two (3) days of the draw and their name and locality will be published on
www.tomorro.com/winners seven (7) days after the draw and will remain on that website for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. For the recurring weekly prize draws if winners remain uncontactable after reasonable effort the prizes will be donated to charity (as set out in “Gifted Portion”) 3 months and 3 days after the draw date.
For Entrants from the USA, the prize winner and the parent/legal guardian (if any) will be confirmed via email and/or phone, and will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a W-9 Form if required and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases") (except where prohibited). The Releases will require the winner to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Rules of Entry, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state/province of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute, sign, and return the Releases on minor’s behalf. The prize package will be awarded within approximately 45 days after the winner is verified.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: The PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) is defined in Promotion Overview above. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of any prize package, and are solely the prize winner’s responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. No substitution is permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Canadian residents may be subject to withholding taxes, and Canadian residents are responsible for the reporting and payment of any income tax. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value and any difference between the ARV and the actual prize value will not be awarded. All prize values are recommended retail price including any applicable taxes. The prize values listed above were estimated at the time of publication and may not represent the current retail cost at the time the promotion is drawn.
It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to ensure that they can meet the requirements to use the prize. Requirements such as passports and visas may be required for some prizes. Taking the prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of any provider, and in particular, health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. For travel prizes, no compensation will be payable if the winner, or any travel companion, are unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including refusal of entry or departure into or out of destination or participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
All additional costs not expressly stated, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner and companion/s (if any). Such additional costs include, but are not limited to, meals, beverages, room service, telephone calls, laundry services, spending money, transport to and from airport departure point, other transfers, taxes including arrival and departure taxes (if applicable) but excluding airfare related taxes and charges included in the prize, insurance, travel insurance, passports and visas (if applicable). For some prizes the winner may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check-in.
Where travel is awarded as a prize, the components of the prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. Where travel is awarded as a prize for two people, the prize winner and parent/legal guardian (as applicable) must travel together and depart from and return to the same departure point. Travel and accommodation is subject to availability and may be dependent on travel class availability and specific room category availability and blackout periods may apply. Travel and accommodation are to be arranged by the Promoter or an agent nominated by the Promoter.
Furthermore, where travel is awarded as a prize, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies exclude all liability (including negligence) for the service provided by any suppliers of third party services who are not an employee or the Promoter’s direct contractor. The Promoter will not be responsible for the quality of service provided by suppliers of third party services. In case of a dispute, the winner/s must make complain directly to the suppliers of third party services. This includes but is not limited to travel and accommodation services.
The winner and their companion(s) (if any) acknowledge that the prize may involve a dangerous activity, which may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk. The winner and their companion(s) (if any): (a) must attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, safety demonstrations, required medical tests and other requirements (including blood alcohol testing) of the Promoter and/or any prize supplier as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) must declare to the Promoter and/or any prize supplier any health-related issues that may affect his/her safe participation in any part of the prize and obtain a written clearance from their doctor in this respect; (c) must not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in any part of the prize; (d) must not be under the influence of any drugs; (e) may consume alcohol in moderation but must not be under the influence of alcohol during any activities to the extent that it impairs or affects their understanding, judgment or participation in the activities, and subject to any limitations of any prize supplier and the prevailing laws and regulations of destination in the prize; (f) must comply with all directions of the Promoter and/or any prize supplier and relevant officials; and (g) must wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and/or any prize supplier in their absolute discretion: (a) reserve the right to refuse to allow the winner or their companion(s) (if any) to take part in any or all aspects of the prize if they reasonably believe the winner or their companion(s) (if any) poses a safety risk or for any other reason; and (b) may cancel the relevant component of the prize if the conditions are deemed dangerous. No compensation will be payable if the winner or their companion(s) (if any) are unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including refusal of participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons.
Where cash is awarded as a prize, prizes will be awarded in the form of bank check, PayPal (fees may apply and are the responsibility of the winner) or electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are not fixed and will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
UNAVAILABLE PRIZE: If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable legislation.
ACCESS TO THE PROMOTION: Any costs associated with accessing a promotional platform remain the responsibility of each Entrant and may vary depending on the Internet service provider or telecommunications provider that the Entrant uses. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
