1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to these conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their associated agencies and companies, and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. There are 2 ways to enter and WIN:1st Way - via Instagram, by posting a photo that shows your craftsmanship including a detailed description in the post #MADEWITHSTANLEY to your public Instagram profile during the promotional period. The photo with the highest number of public votes received will be deemed the winner. If there is an equal number of votes posted to multiple entries a manual draw from those entries will take place to determine the winner. Winner will receive a Stanley Tool Pack Valued at $1000. 5. All prizes will be drawn at Stanley Black and Decker, 810 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill, 3128, at 11.00am AEST on the Tuesday 23rd May, 2017.
6. The promotion commences 22/3/2017 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 22/5/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
8. The 1st way winner will be notified via Instagram and the 2nd Way winners will be notified via email and all will have their name published on the Promoters website at

11. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic.
13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay, theft or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:
a) tampering with the entry process, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion;
b) tampering with the operation of the competition or website; or
c) acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

By taking part in the promotion you agree to be held responsible for any material you publish or otherwise cause to appear on the Stanley Black and Decker page

b. discriminatory on the grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

In the event of any prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfil the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities and Regulation 10 of the Art Unions and Public Amusements Regulations 1992 (QLD) conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw is 30th June, 2017. Time and place are the same as for the first draw. If this draw is required, the winners would be notified by phone and via email and have their name published on the Promoter’s website
