By entering the Tableking Weekly competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD CONDITIONS

1.1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is free and open to Australian residents only, ages 18 years or older

2.2. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of Tableking or associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

3. ENTRY

3.1. The Promotion commences on Wednesday 7:30AM AEST   17/5/2017 and entries close on Wednesday 5PM AEST  24/5/2017 (promotion period)

3.2. To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter their name and email address to be in the draw.

3.3. The Promoters, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any lost, late or misdirected entries

3.4. Entrants (including winner) in the competition may enter once. Only one (1) prize pack will be awarded

4. HOW TO WIN

4.1. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Promotional Period and registered their details in accordance with clauses 2 and 3 will be entered into the prize judging.
4.2. The winner will be chosen at random by computer

4.4. Their name and entry will be published on the Tableking website and via our social networks including Facebook https://www.facebook.com/TableKingAus/  following acceptance of the prize.

4.5. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

5. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
6.1. There will be one (1) winner in total.

7. LIABLIITY

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with participating in the competition and receipt of any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 8.3. The Promote collects contact information about entrants in order to assist to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including email and commercial electronic messages. The Promoter will not contact you without your consent.

8.4. Tableking may use information collected via this Promotion to contact entrants in the future with any special offers via email. The Promoter will not share your personal information without your consent.

8.5. Each entrant agrees, that the Promoters or its agents may do the following:

9.3. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
