Melbourne regions only, and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of

immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
4. The Promotion commences at 6am AEDT on Monday 22nd May 2017 January and closes at 5pm AEST

The Prize:

Prize Terms:
- The prize will be redeemable in the form of a voucher from bay 93.9 reception – Level 3, 83 Moorabool

- This prize is not transferable for cash.
- The prize cannot be allocated to other persons.
- The prize will be valid for twelve months from date of issue.
The Competition:
- From Monday 22nd May to Friday 26th May competitors can enter by listening to bay 93.9 weekdays
from 6am.
- In the breakfast show, Hayden & Milly will announce the winning song for that day.
- Listeners are required to listen for the song throughout the day, when it’s played in full they are to call
bay 93.9 for their chance to win.
- The first caller through to the phones will instantly win ‘The Prize’.
- All entrants are only permitted to play once throughout the competition.
- All entrants who are deemed ‘winners’ will not be participated again.

12. bay 93.9 (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to request winners provide proof of
identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered
suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
13. The use of false name, address or date of birth i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known
will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of
their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim,
injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the
Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the
negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
15. bay 93.9 (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to refuse the allocation of a major prize
should an individual prize winner have won any prizes more than once within the following periods:
a) A person who within the 30 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced (Monday 22nd May 2017) has won a prize in a Grant
Broadcasters Competition conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal
to $100;
b) A person who within the 90 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $1,000;
c) A person who within the 12 months prior to the day on which Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $5,000;
d) These people will be notified should the attempt to enter the competition.
16. If an individual prize winner has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach of
the rules and the prize will not be awarded.
17. bay 93.9 (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) has the right to ban competition winners from entering
other bay 93.9 (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) competitions that they deem have broken the rules of the
general prize giveaways for a period of 12 months or longer. The winner will be advised of this in writing
after the entrant has been disqualified.
18. bay 93.9 (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to revoke a prize if deemed necessary.
19. Notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, bay 93.9 (Geelong
Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason
