4. The competition period: The competition will commence at 11.59am Monday 22 May 2017 and close at 11.59pm Monday 5 June 2017.
5. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition, a person must: a.Fully and correctly complete the competition entry form; accept all terms and conditions and lodge it via Facebook application. b.Not be an employee or contractor of CitySmart Pty Ltd or an immediate family member of an employee or contractor of CitySmart Pty Ltd or Freestyle Kids.
6. Competition draw & notification: Two (2) winners will be randomly drawn from all entries. The draw will take place by Monday 12 June 2017 at Level 8, 307 Queen Street, Brisbane. CitySmart’s decision in relation to the draw, the competition and the winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into with any participant. The winner will be notified by phone call/email.
7. Re-draw: If the competition winner does not claim the prize by 11:59am Friday 16 June 2017, the Promoter will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed.
8. Important – Registration and Privacy Consent: All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion.
9. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to being registered as a Green Heart Home and Freestyle Kids. As a Green Heart Home and Freestyle Kids, entrants will receive information via email from Freestyle Kids, Council and its agents about other Council initiatives. 10. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion).
11. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to periodically receive communications from CitySmart, Brisbane City Council and/or Freestyle Kids.
12. Winner promotion: The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation.
13. No liability of Promoter: the Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prize.
