Bockers & Pony + Amazeology Competition1. Information on how to enter and prizes form a part of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Any entry not complying with the T&Cs is invalid.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents who during the Competition Period, are at least 18 years old.
3. Employees of Bockers and Pony Pty Ltd and/or Amazeology and their families are not eligible to enter.
4. Bockers and Pony Pty Ltd and Amazeology (‘Promoter’) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who is not eligible in accordance with these T&Cs. If there is any dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
5. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. There is a limit of 1 entry per email address.
7. The competition commences at 4pm AEST on 25 May 2017 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 8th June 2017 (‘Promotional Period’).
8. To enter the competition entrants must:
a. Complete the competition webform
b. Tell us in 25 words or less how they would customize their winning macarons.
c. Sign up to Bockers & Pony + Amazeology’s database 9. There will be 5 winning entrants in total.
10. The winning entrants will be selected on 9th June 2017 at 10:00am at Bockers & Pony HQ VIC.
11. The winning entrants will receive a prize pack valued at $213.95 including the following
a. 1 x Bockers & Pony ‘Brownie’ Hamper
b. 1 x Amazeology 12 pack personalised macarons
c. Australia wide gift delivery
12. All prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. The winners will be notified via email within five business days of the prize draw. The winners will be sent their prize via courier.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify an entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees or agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising any way of the of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
Any variation in prize value to that stated in the T&Cs;
Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
Use of the prize
17. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the prizes to cancel or vary the competition, or cancel, vary or withdraw its prizes. If the Promoter cancels or varies the competition, or cancels, varies or withdraws its prizes, it is not: liable to any person for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; or required to conduct the Competition or a like Competition at any other time.
18. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign legal documentation in a form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
