1. The Cash Multiplier promotion will be held at SKYCITY Darwin every Sunday between 1 May
and 12 June 2017.
2. Ten draws will be undertaken at random times between 1pm and 6pm each Sunday during
the promotional period.
3. The following are ineligible to enter this promotion:
i. SKYCITY staff, of any capacity
ii. Spouses and/or de-facto spouses of SKYCITY staff
iii. Persons under the age of 18 years
iv. Any person who at the time of the promotion/draw is excluded under the relevant provisions
of the Northern Territory Gaming Legislation
v. Players of IB-Domestic or IB-International Business levels
4. A person does not have to be a loyalty member to participate in this promotion.
5. To be eligible to participate, a person must be actively playing an electronic gaming machine
at the time of a draw.
6. At the time of each draw, an export will be downloaded from the Active Player Monitor in IGT
Patron Management and a gaming machine number randomly generated.
7. The promotion host will go directly to the location of the machine and verify that the machine
is actively being played.
8. If the person playing the machine is a non-member they will receive an instant prize of $100
cash.
9. If the person playing the machine is a member and is using their membership card in the
machine, they will win $100 cash and have the chance to increase their prize by spinning the
Cash Multiplier wheel. The person’s membership will be verified by the host before
proceeding.
10. The member has 3 minutes to go to the Cash Multiplier wheel with the host in order to spin
the wheel.
11. The selected member will spin the Cash Multiplier wheel to determine their prize. The wheel
must complete one full revolution to be deemed a legitimate spin. If the wheel, when
legitimately spun, stops on a peg, a re-spin will take place until the conditions for a legitimate
spin are met.
12. Whatever segment the wheel stops on will determine how many times the members $100
cash prize is multiplied e.g. if the wheel stops on a ‘X7’ segment, the member will win a total
of $700 cash.

13. Should the member playing the machine decline the invitation to spin the Cash Multiplier
wheel they will simply receive $100 cash as their total prize.
14. Prizes
The Cash Multiplier wheel will have the following prize segments displayed on it:

15. Once a prize segment has been landed on and won, that segment will be removed from the
wheel and replaced with a ‘spin again’ segment. Segments will be re-set following the tenth
draw of the day so that all segments are present for the following week’s draws.
16. An individual person may win up to two times per draw day. If a machine number is selected
and the person playing it has already won on two occasions that day, the draw will be
deemed null and void, and the draw process will be undertaken again as per item 6.
17. For the purpose of verifying a winner and issuing a prize, a person may be required to
present their government issued photo identification or their Premier Rewards card to the staff
member operating the draw.
18. Entrants must be present at the draw at SKYCITY Darwin to be eligible to win a prize.
Winning entries will be verified in accordance with item 15.
19. As per Item 25. of the terms & conditions for the ‘Premier Rewards’ loyalty program,
‘Members are not permitted to accrue points or benefits as a result of play by another person’.
If a person is using a members card that is not their own whilst playing on a gaming machine
the person and/or member may no longer be eligible for selection and invitation to the
promotion.
20. SKYCITY Darwin management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in
to. In the event of any dispute, the decision of management is final subject to (upon request)
a review by the Director General of Licensing, Licensing NT, NT Department of Attorney
General and Justice.
21. SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of this promotion at any
time.

22. SKYCITY Darwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
23. SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to use publicity photos, in any reasonable manner they
see fit, unless that person advises SKYCITY Darwin at the time of receiving their prize that
they wish to retain their anonymity. Entrants also acknowledge that their photo may be used
for promotional display at SKYCITY Darwin or on the SKYCITY Darwin website.
24. Your information is used for the purpose of entering you in the promotion. We may also send
you information about our products and services. You may request access to your information
and request that it be corrected at any time. If you wish to request access to or to correct your
