2. The promotion will operate from 5pm to 11pm on Saturday 24th June 2017. It will only be available to
Adelaide Casino Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl Premier Rewards members who actively play with their
membership card on any gaming machine or table game on the Casino’s main gaming floor or Premium
Gaming areas (as a sponsored guest of VIP members).
3. By entering into and participating in this promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and
accepts these terms and conditions.
4. All promotional material including information on internal signage, list of terms and conditions and Casino
Licence agreement forms part of the conditions of entry.
5. In order to enter the promotion, qualifying Adelaide Casino Premier Rewards members will need to be
actively playing at an eligible gaming machine or table game with their membership card activated, in
order to be credited with 1 entry ticket for every 25 slot/Rewards points earned whilst gaming.
6. No Premier Rewards membership card may be transferred between members and group play is not
allowed in order to attempt to qualify for the required Rewards point threshold.
7. Members who received an entry ticket through gaming will need to print their entry ticket from any of the
kiosks located throughout Adelaide Casino then enter it into an entry barrel in front of the Premier
Rewards desk located closest to the North Tce entrance, in order to be eligible for the prize draw.
8. All participants of the promotion must enter their own ticket(s) to be eligible to potentially win a prize,
failure to do so will result in the individual’s disqualification for that particular draw.
9. There will be 2 draws conducted in front of Adelaide Casino’s Premier Rewards desk located closest to the
North Tce entrance within every hour from 6pm – 11pm on the 24th June 2017, where an Adelaide Casino
promotional host will first mix all entry tickets in the entry barrel then randomly draw out 1 entry ticket
per draw, which will win for the owner of the ticket $500 cash.
10. Total prize pool for this promotion is $5,000, consisting of $500 per draw x 10 draws.
11. In the event that any of the drawn entries are found to be illegible or ineligible due to any HRC/Barring
considerations or behavioural issues, a subsequent ticket will be drawn by following the same procedures
described in clause 9 and the prize awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions.
12. Once the winning ticket for a prize draw has been determined, the winner’s name will be announced over
Adelaide Casino’s PA system. If the drawn winner does not present themselves at that time, Adelaide
Casino will attempt to notify them of their win by telephone by a casino promotional host. Adelaide
Casino will make every reasonable endeavour to contact the winner including sending a letter within 5
days of the draw advising them of their win and how to collect their prize.
13. All winners’ details will be published in the relevant Premier Rewards member’s newsletter prior to 24th
July 2017.
14. It is the Rewards member’s responsibility to ensure that all their details on their printed entry ticket are
accurate before placing it in the designated entry barrel.
15. Adelaide Casino accepts no responsibility for entry tickets that are lost, stolen, unreadable, or damaged
beyond legibility due to any cause. Adelaide Casino accepts no responsibility for entry tickets that are not
placed in the designated entry barrel before the promotion closes.
16. All winners must ensure they are able to provide adequate identification (e.g. current photo ID) when they
wish to claim their prize. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days of the draw date, otherwise any
unclaimed prizes will be considered forfeited unless alternative arrangements have been made with
Adelaide Casino management prior to the 60 day expiry period.
17. Promotional entry tickets are void if stolen, forged, copied, excessively mutilated or tampered with in any
way. Only original entry tickets will be valid for the promotion.
18. Adelaide Casino accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, misdirected or returned mail notifying
of prize winnings.
19. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the
promoter, the promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or
invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authority, if required.
20. Employees of Adelaide Casino and their families are ineligible to enter.
21. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of the Conditions of Entry and confirms acceptance to
participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that Adelaide Casino may request, including
photographs and use of their image for promotional purposes as requested by the Promoter.
22. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Failure to observe the Conditions of Entry may result in disqualification.
23. Adelaide Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of
taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. Adelaide Casino management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
