10k Instagram Followers Competition (Styling Session with @themodernminimalist)
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of conditions. The promoter is Spend-less Shoes Ltd whose registered office is at Port Adelaide Business Centre, SA, 5015.
Employees of Spend-less Shoes or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
The ‘promotional period’ will commence at 5pm ACST on Friday the 2nd of June 2017 and closes on 3PM ACST Friday the 3rd of July. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Entrant must like Spend-less Shoes on Instagram page
Upload a photo onto Instagram of themselves looking chic and sporting their favourite Spend-less Shoes.
Must #spendlessinfluencer and tag @spendlessshoes
Completing these tasks will result in an “entry"
This is a game of skill and entries will be judged by a panel of representatives at Spendless Shoes head office, 25-91 Bedford Street, Gillman, SA 5013. The most creative, fashion-forward and interesting posts will be considered.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and the prize is as follows:
This competition is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be 18 years or older
There will be one prize winner for the promotional period.
The prizes must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that the prizes are unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for a similar style of equal or greater value.
The prize winner (and their bestie) will receive:
Return flights to and from Melbourne (if required)
One nights accommodation at either the Crown Promenade or Crown Metropol including breakfast
Transfers required for the 2 day stay
Dinner for two at a top Melbourne Restaurant with 1 (one) glass of wine included.
A personalised shopping spree at Westfield Fountain Gate with Jordie (@themodernminimalist)
Get their makeup done the morning of the shopping spree
A $1000 Westfield gift-card (each) that must be used on the day and will expire when the shopping spree expires.
A $100 Spend-less Shoes gift-card (each) to be used within 12 months.
Prize value is between $3,700 - $4,200 and in Australian dollars and represents the retail value as provided by the supplier as at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
The shopping spree is set to be undertaken on Friday the 4th of August and will be required to fly in on the 3rd of August. These two full work days are non-negotiable.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, environmental, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The final winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message on the 5th of July. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Spend-less reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner up.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person/s).
