Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each.
Phone entry:
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) Entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 during a specific time period.
(b) From the entrants who successfully call during the specified time period the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will randomly select one (1) entrant and invite them to appear on air as a selected entrant (Selected Entrant).
(c) The Selected Entrant who participates in an on air segment for the purpose of this Promotion (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter), will be invited to Ash, Kip & Luttsy’s Storage Wars event” on Monday 26th June between 10:30am – 1pm (Event) (or other such time, date or location as notified to the entrant by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(d) For the avoidance of doubt, the selected entrant must be able to attend the Ash, Kip & Luttsy’s Storage Wars event on Monday 26th June between 10:30am – 1pm (Event) (or other such time, date or location as notified to the entrant by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). The Event is being held at 114 Montpelier Rd, Bowen Hills QLD 4006.
(e) By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Online Entry and Draw
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website and fully complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
Major Prize Contest
a) All entrants must attend Ash, Kip & Luttsy’s Storage Wars event on Monday 26th June between 10:30am – 1pm (Event) to be eligible to take part in the ‘Nova Auction’.
b) At the event, all entrants will be given ‘Nova Dollars’ to the value of fake $5,000 which they will be able to use in the ‘Nova Auction’ to bid on prizes they wish to choose. However, entrants will not know what prizes they are bidding on as all they will see during the action is National Storage Boxes.
c) Once the auction has started, the promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) will pull one box out of the storage shed in which all entrants can bid on. Once the highest bid has been made, the entrant who made the final bid will be deemed the winner of that prize.
d) Entrants can win as many prizes; however, entrants cannot spend over the amount of Nova Dollars they have been provided with. Once the entrant has used all their Nova Dollars, they are no longer allowed to bid.
e) The Auction can end at any time by the promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion). At this point, no more bids can be made and the left over fake ‘Nova Money’ will need to be handed back.
For the avoidance of doubt, the final game listed above will be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air or participate in an on-air challenge. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air challenge.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.

Online Draw will be conducted, as follows:

Minor Prize
There are ten (10) prizes to be won comprising of;

There is are up to twenty (20) prizes to be won up to the value of $2,000 as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion at the time of winning.

Winners will be notified at the time of winning; ☒ in person
Prizes must be claimed by 5:00 pm AEST Monday 3 July 2017
The Prize will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer (or the nominated bank account of the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age or The Prize will be available for collection by the winner from the Promoter's premises (as specified by the Promoter).
